부대시설도 쾌적하고 직원 및 매니저분의 친절도 좋았습니다!
쾌적하게 숙박하였으며 어메니티와 화장실도 쾌적했습니다:)
즐거운 여행이 되었고 늦게 체크인을 하여 풀장을 이용 못한 점이 아쉬웠습니다!

Mooie 5 sterren hotel. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Alles top qua locatie en faciliteiten maar wij vonden het jammer dat het eten matig was. Geen a la carte, maar vast menu met matige kwaliteit en weinig variatie. Niet 5-sterren hotel waardig naar onze mening. Vakantie is voor ons toch echt ook lekker eten en dat moesten we buiten dit 5-sterren hotel zoeken. Ik had liever goed eten gehad in het hotel zelf.

Modern hotel with the best sunbeds in the world!!!! Great rooms with comfy beds, big shower and everything you need. Loads of coat hangers too! The pool bar service was great and not overly priced. Pool right next to the beach so you could have the best of both worlds. Taverna Familia and Kouki’s resto’s both great and in walking distance. Supermarket next door to Taverna Familia. Only thing missing was an egg station at breakfast. Definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful relaxing holiday

Schönes Hotel mit toller Poolanlage und wunderschönem hoteleigenen Strand. Hübsche Zimmer mit guten Betten, Bad leider sehr klein. Alles in allem aber ein sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Hotel nur mit Frühstûck buchen, Abendessen besteht aus einem 5 Gangmenu, dass leider zum Teil ungeniessbar oder kalt war! Hotelkategorie entspricht niemals einem 5Sternehotel

The Bay is a really lovely hotel. Very beautifully and at a stunning location. The staff is very sweet , friendly and provide good service.Breakfast has a great variety, nice coffee, and a lot of fresh fruits. The lunch and dinner are of top quality. Dinner is set as a 5 corse set menu which we are not used to, but we really enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend this hotel, it is ideal for relaxing and revitalizing.

Abstriche beim Service und Qualität der Speisen. Die Crew ist sehr jung und unerfahren aber freundlich. Profitiert vom schönen Strand. Relativ hohe Preise für Getränke, Cocktails und Speisen mit teilweise erschreckender Qualität im Sinne von handwerklicher Ausführung. Allgemein ist die Qualität in Ordnung. Gehört insgesamt eher in die Hotelkategorie 4 Sterne.

The hotel looks very nice and always clean, the staffs are very polite and kind. Breakfast food and selections are OK, the only problem is that towards the end of our stay, it was very busy, food was running out, difficult to find a table. We had dinner there in our first night and it was too expensive for the food, you can get way better (and cheap) food in Argassi (next town). Location wise, is a VERY quiet area, nothing much around, you do need a rent a car, bike or quad, which can be arrange my the reception. One thing to take in consideration is that right at the start of the season (May), some restaurants are still not open yet. In summary… hotel is nice, with private beach, staff friendly, overpriced food and drinks, quiet location. We had a great time, but for sure is NOT a 5 star hotel.

Luxueus hotel met zandstrand, super vriendelijk personeel die ons goed geholpen hebben. Heerlijke koffie en luxe lunch. Zandstrand, heerlijke zachte ligbedden. 30 min verderop zit het Gerakas turtle rescue center met prachtig uitzicht op rotsformaties. Book een tour naar het scheepswrak en blauwe grotten.

My husband and I have been coming to the Bay hotel since 2010 twice a year: May-June and September-October. Those are the best times for “pensioners” as it is not so hot. And every time we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, the staff, the warm hospitality, the beautiful location, the very well kept spacious grounds, our usual room, magnificent beach and sea, the food, the swimming pool… practically everything. The hotel has become sort of our second home where we fly in excitement and anticipation of pleasure. I believe there is no need to describe all the amenities as, apart from me, lots of people already have left their written impressions and experiences of the Bay on this site. In short, we hope we will be able to enjoy this paradise for years to come and at the moment looking forward to May. Strongly recommend this hotel to all who are looking for relaxing, quiet and safe holiday among caring staff and beautiful nature.
