We spent two weeks in a villa as a family. Fantastic view, beautiful villa with the best facilities, perfect Corona hygiene rules and perfect support from Spiros and Co.! Yes, come back anytime and can only warmly recommend the accommodation.

We spent an unforgettable 1 month and 10 days at the villa. Every morning we greeted a marvelous sunrise. From every window we looked out onto the sea and the island of Marathonisia. Add to this the convenient location: two incredibly beautiful semi-wild beaches can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes; it will take the same amount of time to get to the nearest two very tasty taverns (Votsalo and Marathonisia Star). The villa itself is a stone building, comfortably furnished, with plenty of relaxation areas and opportunities to admire the endless seascape. The staff here is incredibly friendly. Spiros has become a friend for our children and an indispensable assistant in all household chores. Nikoletta kept the house perfectly clean and tidy and, whenever possible, gave relaxing massages to all Family members. It was an amazing Greek holiday!

This is a truly amazing historical villa arranged over three floors with balconies and a stunning swimming pool. The villa had everything! The air conditioning was in pretty much every room. The villas was secluded, very clean and immaculate throughout. The views over towards Turtle Island are breathtaking. Spiros and Senofon were always on hand to advise and guide us. They booked taxis, restaurants, boat trips, car hire - nothing was too much for either of them. Spiros came every day to clean the pool and the villa. He was marvellous! I would definitely recommend staying at Exensian Villas. Ten out of ten for every element of our stay. We have stayed in Greek villas for over 20 years and this is by far the best!

Fantastic villa, private pool. Thanks to Xenofon and Spiros available for every need and to organize the day. A few meters from the beach. Very good tavern nearby and port for sailing a boat within walking distance. Fantastic stay!

It was a wonderful experience to stay at Exensian Villas. The house is very comfortable, the service is wonderful and the pool area is marvelous! The contact to book was fluid and they took good care of us, Xenofon and Spiros. We didn’t want to leave. We had a wonderful stay in one of the 3 bedroom villas, and can’t recommend it enough! The design and style of the villa is gorgeous, and all the outdoor areas have been laid out to be spacious and private, and very well furnished. The views are second-to-none. Honestly some of the best views I’ve experienced! We visited the Votsalo taverna (a 2 min walk) a couple of times during our stay which was great too. Tasty food and stunning views again. We only wish we’d stayed longer!

From the moment the friendly Spiros the handyman hands you the card key, to the moment an even friendlier Spiros the owner bids you farewell, you keep thinking where's the catch? There is no catch, and the place is as good as it gets.

My husband and I spent a perfect week here, the villa being exactly as described. Stunning view from balconies and private pool. The lovely Spiros was on hand for anything we needed at any time, he is a wonderful character and was happy to give information on boat, taxi and restaurants. In walkable distance is a fantastic authentic Greek restaurant called Votsalo. We hired a taxi to and from the airport and had no need of rental vehicle as the location is such that one has everything one needs within walking distance. Keri being 25 minutes walk, a great spot to have breakfast and to rent boats. Obviously if exploring further afield you'd need to rent a car.
