Great hotel with very good facilities the staff are wonderful and could not be more helpful. Good selection of food for breakfast and dinner although there is not a lot of choice for vegetarians or vegans and the hot food is not always hot. Maybe a microwave in the restaurant would help for guests who like hot food.

I'm just home from this lovely hotel and can honestly say it is one of the best holidays I have had. I cannot fault a thing about it. From the minute we arrived at the hotel the staff were just amazing. The reception staff are so efficient and welcoming. Check in was seamless. We were late arriving at the hotel at about 10pm and the restaurant was kept open so that we could enjoy a hot meal. A welcome drink was also provided. The room we had was spacious with a balcony. It had a shower and bath and very comfortable beds with lovely crisp fresh white sheets. The entire hotel is so clean. Every area we saw was pristine. Our rooms were cleaned daily and we were given fresh towels in the evening if required. A huge shout out and thank you to the housekeeping team. They do an amazing job and were always so friendly and helpful. If you needed anything they were always happy to help. The food is buffet style. We were half board. At breakfast there was a large selection of food items to choose from and I noticed they also catered for vegan, vegetarian and gluten free. We enjoyed having our breakfast each day in the covered outside area of the restaurant which overlooks the swimming pools and gardens. The staff in the restaurant were also so welcoming and friendly from the Management to the chefs, waitresses and waiters. They work hard and again are always happy to help. 5 stars from me for Service. We also enjoyed the Evenings meals and again a good selection was on offer. The pool bar staff were excellent too. They were very attentive and always happy to help. Nothing was too much trouble. They were great at making pina coladas too which were a daily treat and made to perfection! Thank you to all of them. The grounds and pool areas are immaculate and very well maintained. I think they have the cleanest swimming pools I've seen in a long time. The water was cold when you first went in for a swim but after a few minutes swimming it was lovely and fresh and good to cool down in as the temperature rose. They have a family pool and an adults only pool which was a great idea. The pool bar and seating are us in the middle. Thank you to the really friendly gardeners too for doing a great job. The grounds have lots of lovely flowers and trees which are well cared for. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the start of the town area where there is a good choice of restaurants, bars and shops. It still retains the Greek village feel about it which is lovely. The Greek people were so friendly and welcoming everywhere we went. Checkout was also seamless. Again we had a late flight home and the hotel were able to accommodate us by allowing us to keep our room until 5:30pm . We were very grateful for this as it was heavy rain on our last day. We had the most wonderful relaxing holiday at this hotel. We travel a lot and don't return to hotels as we like to try new experiences but this hotel was so good we will definitely return. Great breakfast, lovely comfortable bed and rooms drink prices were to expensive

Overall our stay was good! The hotel is nice, very clean (rooms, restaurants, pool area), the staff is very friendly and helpful. Many thanks to the staff from cleaning, there are doing an excellent job. The food was good and diverse, however a small remark is that for a 5 stars hotel I would have expected to have sea food dishes as well, at least for one-two evenings. The prices for the drinks and snacks were ok, not expensive for a 5 stars. The hotel is kids friendly, has a playground and a playroom, however the pool area is very slippery when is wet, my daughter had to wear shoes after coming out from the pool. I think the sunbeds should move closer to the plants area so that the people can walk on the wooden patio and not the other way around (that was not slippery, it’s safer). Tsilivi village is very nice but it’s not pushchairs friendly (no pedestrians cross, difficult to cross the streets and it’s lot of traffic), it was difficult for us to use it when we went out. The Tsilivi beach nearby was not as expected, it was quite untidy and messy, but the sea was nice and clean. Hotel is offering chargeable private taxi which is nice, from airport to the hotel the taxi driver was very kind and respectful, however on the way to the airport we had a different driver and we were very disappointed, he stopped the car in the middle of the road to argue with another driver, yelled to him in front of us and he was very grumpy all the way to the airport, that was a very rude attitud
