Stayed in the suites with infinity pool. Positives - Cleaner was lovely, room cleaned everyday View from the suite was incredible, definitely what you are paying for Negative - No hot water, only 2 out of 7 days we had hot water No room phone Couldn’t use the hot tub as when run dirt came out of the jets like it hadn’t been run at all - in addition to no hot water Coffee machine didn’t work Everything felt damp, air con ran freezing cold or nothing Tv couldn’t be viewed from anywhere, stuck on a wall Sofa space was tiny Clothes smelt damp, constantly humid, floors left wet. Rusty shower head not fixed in properly Tap moves, mouldy round the sealant No shower drain plug Noisy air con, also constantly cold. Rusty fridge, smelt musty. No smoke detector Broken window, could not open Condensation in the left hand window, ruining the view Extractor fan awful, didn’t remove anything Hairdryer terrible Awful stain in toilet Noise from pool pump constantly Smell of sewage from pool pump area Reception very unhelpful Beach bar closed Beach none existent - small triangle of sand the rest was covered in kelp

Where do I begin... No one to take the bags up to the room on the 3rd floor was our 'welcome'. Breakfast ******! Didn't provide change of towels or soap. The blond lady at the front desk, Mary, tried to rip us off on every taxi/trip/boat booking...Unreal!

Nice resort in a very beautiful and quiet place, greta staff, clean and fresh room(garden view) with everyday cleaning service and really good breakfast which was included. Friendly staff and ability to book taxi and tours directly from the hotel. I tried "keri caves tour" and can highly recommend it. I did it in a very small group and we got possibility to sweem in a clear and blue water. I olso saw a couple of turtules on the way to caves. Area has a couple of local tavernas with a good food which are not a part of the hotel zone and small shop. Hotel has also a restaurant with a great view and a really good food.

If you suffer with walking disabilities, or are looking for 24/7-night life, cheap booze and fast food in a hotel that is regulate to the standards now expected by the British traveller then DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. It took my partner and I back to the good old days of Greece where you never expected anything except local hospitality, comfort, and the friendliness of the staff. This hotel has one massive plus point and that its location. A view to die for, a sandy shallow beach and peace and quiet. A small family run hotel that is most probably experiencing its first full year of bookings following covid. Therefore, some bits look tired and in need of TLC. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are quirky but practical, no cupboards gathering dust, the bed is comfortable, the AC works but hot water is not on tap 24/7 due to it being solar powered. We shared our balcony with the bats, lizards and birds and breakfast with the wasps (it is the egg + bacon that attracts them). Taxis can be arranged to Sostis, airport or beyond. Sostis is a 30-minute walk or 10 minutes by car. Cameo Island 15 minutes by taxi. My only negative comment would be that the price of food and drink in the restaurant, seems a bit expensive compared to other restaurants. Would certainly recommend to our friends and families and looking to return.

We're conflicted about this hotel because it LOOKS so lovely (truly gorgeous) but so many details aren't right. The good stuff is the wonderful view. Beach area. Pool. Sunbathing zone. Lower beach bar & upper restaurant. Friendly staff. Great pizza & salad. And Simba & Gloria the cats are beautiful. The bad stuff covers so many areas, which little nips & tucks could totally get rid of... Firstly we arrived to news of an upgrade, but it was more of a downgrade. I'd booked a room with a large bright balcony with a super view. What we were shown to was like a dark cave with no view (access to a shared pool that didn't hugely excite us & a jacuzzi but we have one at home). Really annoying start, having to ask for what we'd booked in the first place. And all that with a lot of luggage lugging in 30c heat. In the room (313) our shower was cracked across the head, meaning water went everywhere, and we were constantly using towels to mop it up. Toiletries come in the tiniest bottles (not eco friendly!) and are appalling quality - my hair looked like a dry bush. The aircon takes 3 hours to really cool the room... we eventually asked for a 2nd key card so we could leave it on and sleep properly on night 2. They don't provide beach towels. Apparently people steal them. So there's a deposit system, but you pay €5 for laundry. Firstly what kind of clientele must they have?? And secondly I haven't taken a towel on holiday with me since my budget holiday years in my early 20s... not impressed. There's no hairdryer in the room so you have to ask for one (!) The breakfast is served in a dimly lit room, and it's hard to see what's what. Everything fairly acceptable. But the plates say DON'T WASTE FOOD on them.... while I hope this is an eco message, it feels a bit like being in an underfunded orphanage. Finally is the music, which is played loud til midnight. Occasionally it was chilled/lounge style. But mostly better suited to Laganas. That makes such a difference to the atmosphere.

Lisa, (25 Jahre alt)
