Sea View Village

It was our first time in Zante and staying at Seaview made our holiday just even more wonderful. Just a lovely place. The one bed apartment we had was just perfect. Clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Waking to the sound of the ocean every morning was just perfect. The staff we spoke to were just really lovely and kind. I would t hesitate in coming back here. Definitely check out the pool next door and Astoria further for food too. Such a gorgeous area.

Just returned home after a great 12 nights staying at the Sea view. We cannot fault any part of our stay with them. The apartments are set in the best location with amazing views from them all. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves and eating breakfast on the balcony looking out at the beautiful view cannot be beaten. Lovely clean apartment, cleaned everyday with beds and towels changed every 3 or 4 days. We enjoyed a few days spent on the sun beds in the gardens and dipping in and out of the amazing shallow clear blue sea. The pool is available to use next door at the paradise where the staff are very friendly and they serve lovely food and drinks. Although Seaview is set just outside of the main area in Alykes there is a small supermarket, Apollo restaurant, paradise pool & bar and virago cocktail bar all very close by. The walk into the main area only takes 10 mins at a leisurely pace sometimes longer in the midday heat. The team at seaview all work so hard everyday keeping the place running smoothly. The perfect family team. Even when we were let down by jet2 at the end of our holiday it could have been a stressful time but they stepped in and offered to help us out which we greatly appreciate. You wouldn’t get this kind of service at a big hotel!! We would love to return to sea view again in the future.

Just back from an amazing week at the Sea View Hotel Alykes! We stayed in Room 5 & the view is just amazing! Although the Hotel has no Pool or indeed Bar it is the ideal base to explore the beautiful resort of Alykes! Highly recommended for anyone wanting the perfect chilled out Holiday. Typically Greek inside with comfort at it's heart. The Fan shower curtain made us smile & reminded me of my first Greek stay back in the 1980's! Comfortable Bed (with a pull out sofa bed we never used too) The balcony is a joy, getting the Sun from early morning & the sound of the waves to wake you up every day makes for the best way to be awakened! Love this place The Paradise Bar & Pool a short stroll away is also recommended for a totally relaxing day!

The Sea view Hotel was really lovely, The hotel is on the beach ⛱️ and from our balcony you had the perfect view of the sea 🌊 and the mountains. It is a really pretty and peaceful place we would definitely go there again. The only down side was that our apartment was on the top floor and there are no lifts, so it was hard work Carrying our suitcases up the stairs.

Great place to stay. Enjoyed every second of it. The location is ideal and Alykes is a place that I am definitely coming back to. The rooms met my expectations and the view was extraordinary, especially during sunset.

The apartments are spotlessly clean, peaceful and are more than sufficiently equipped with everything needed for an excellent holiday. All apartments have a sea view from veranda. No bar or pool but only a step away from the sea. However, there is a bar and pool that can be used at Paradise Hotel next door.

We absolutely love this hotel. The setting is beautiful. The staff are lovely and it's a joy to spend time here. I'd highly recommend this to anyone who appreciates a peaceful holiday. Thank you so much to the mother and daughter who run the hotel. We will be back next year xx

Super small family run self catering hotel lovely gardens with sunbeds, two steps from the garden you are in the crystal clear sea. Peace and quiet our hole week I think because there is no pool. Well run and spotless towels changed whenever you need them even had a hair drier not that I need it.

We fell in love with the Sea View and family when we first visited in 2013 and that hasn't changed! It was fabulous then and continues to improve with investment recently made in soft furnishings, kitchenware, garden furniture, and new safety measures. Why we love it is that it's small, quiet, and generally adult-orientated. The lack of swimming pool and bar means it doesn't attract noisy party groups or those with small children, and its located away from the centre. Clientele are generally older couples who are are careful not to disturb others when they return after their evening out. The Sea View is family-run and Gela and her daughter, Gianna, are so welcoming and cannot do enough to please their guests, challenging though this may sometimes be! The fact that many return again and again is testament to this. It seems that everyone I speak to falls in love with the Sea View and that once they discover it, will never stay anywhere else on the island. Rooms are spacious and kept squeaky clean by Elefteria and husband, Christos, and now also Maria, and have a fabulous view of the Ionian Sea and Kefalonia. Everything you need is to hand with Sidney's supermarket close by, so you can pick-up lovely fresh bread for breakfast each morning and other daily needs. The Paradise next door serves lovely lunches and a swimming pool and bar facilities are available to Sea View guests who want them. Apollo Greek restaurant is the closest restaurant offering a diverse menu with a view over the salt flats and beautiful surrounding countryside, and the main village is a 10-min walk. We've travelled to many countries near and far, but the Sea View will always have a special place in our hearts. We're currently here to enjoy four fabulous weeks with the and I can promise that we will!
