Was here for a night as part of large tour group so experience limited and had no opportunity to use spa and pool. It's a resort hotel obviously popular with families with young children. The outstanding feature is that most rooms face the mountains so you wake up to snow falling on rooftops in an idyllic landscape reminiscent of Switzerland and the Alps, only this is the Tatra Mountains, breathtaking. The rooms are fine except that the safe and fridge are hidden behind a sliding door so you need to push aside this aside to locate these features. Rather odd as there are no written instructions in the room or maybe we miss it as overseas visitors with no knowledge of Polish. Be prepared for the very crowded breakfast buffet which is varied, comprehensive and delicious but long lines queue for the items as there are families and tour groups. However, there's an adjacent room where we see people going for pancakes and wraps.

It was one of the worst hotel experiences of my entire life. Crowds, noise and questionable quality. The only thing that was ok was the very polite staff and the location. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to Kuźnice, and there are many trails right under your nose. So it's ok. And it's a very nice gym! This is not a place to relax. This is a facility to be proud of on social media - as can be seen in the swimming pool. If you want to relax, there is a small hotel next door with very good cuisine, or if you really want to sleep in Nosalowy, choose Nosalowy Park in the city center. Next time we will choose a different facility.

I was staying in a 4* building (Grand) and was surprised that the 2-person suite didn't have the air condition (there was only a standalone fan in our room). I was so sure that AC would be a standard in 4* that I didn't even verify it before booking. Also, there was no way to block the bathroom door, which is another surprise and disadvantage. Other than that all good, just a bit crowded but I guess it is expected in mid-July.

Hotel jak najbardziej przyjazny rodzinom z dziećmi. Cała obsługa bardzo miła. Pokoje przestronne (rezydencja 2), czyste z pięknym widokiem na góry. Bardzo dużo atrakcji dla najmłodszych. Bawialnia na zewnątrz zadbana, dwie bawialnie w środku. Chociaż ta Stonoga mogła by być lepiej wyposażona bo trochę brakowało zabawek np. przy zabawkowej kuchni lub wyrwane elementy przy labiryntach na ścianie. Jedzenie pyszne. Śniadania różnorodne i dla dorosłych i dla najmłodszych. Obiadokolację również, bardzo wszystko nam smakowało! Basen czysty, zadbany z fajnymi saunami. Dobra baza wypadowa na spacery. Ogólnie bardzo dobre wrażenie, na pewno wrócimy w to miejsce. Polecam

Great Hotel. Large Room. Superb Breakfast. Stunning location with great views. Only criticism is that the main restaurant in the hotel closed at 19.30. Adjacent one on same complex served great food so no major problem

Jeśli chcecie poczuć się jak w centrum handlowym w godzinach szczytu, ten hotel jest zdecydowanie dla was. Przyjechaliśmy w marcu, teoretycznie poza sezonem, zastaliśmy kompletnie zawalony parking (znalezienie miejsca graniczy z cudem), później czekaliśmy 25 min w kolejce do recepcji. Basen i strefa saun żałośnie mała i zatłoczona, to jest wręcz żenujące żeby budować tak gigantyczny moloch i stwierdzić ze wszyscy zmieszczą się w mini basenie, ale przecież skoro goście juz zapłacili to zapłacili. Jedzenie bardzo średnie, hotel na zewnątrz wyglada ok, wewnątrz tanie centrum kongresowe, pokoje ok. Nie wiem skąd te wszystkie dobre opinie bo szczerze zaważyły na naszej decyzji żeby tu przyjechać. Nic mnie nie przekona żeby tu wrócić, nawet za darmo.
