This hotel may have been considered nice in the 1920s, however it is very outdated. The bed covers were covered in holes, and the bedsheets had blood stains. There is no elevator in the hotel, so you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Reception staff was polite, however the women working at breakfast had an awful temper. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, and we had to make it ourselves.

I highly recommend this place, located in a quiet neighborhood, the staff are polite and friendly they provide good service, the room is clean and we had a great view and the hotel is a few minutes walk to main street. Parking place is available. Breakfast is good.

We received great service on the hotel. The breakfast is very good! The hotel rooms are alright I would have liked bigger pillows though. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay at villa carlton!

Everything was ok, very close to the main street and many other attractions of the city , the parking is available, the service was helpful and polite. I can recommend Villa Carlton to stay in Zakopane,

Buona colazione, camere grandi è pulite . Bagno nuovo è posizione ottima. Manca una cassaforte , frigo bar eravamo in 4 in camera ma gli asciugamani erano 2. Nel complesso buono, ci ritornerò! Non ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo, si può fare di più.

L'albergo si trova in ottima posizione, posto tranquillo. Comodo parcheggio. Le stanze spaziose e comode. Personale disponibile e molto gentile.Colazione molto buona. Accettato i cani. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. L'unico punto negativo è l'assenza dell'ascensore, ma lo sapevamo.

Naprawdę godny polecenia obiekt, śniadania w punkt niczego nie brakowało, pokoje czyste ładne. Lokalizacja rewelacyjna spacerem 4 minuty na Krupówki. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna. Na pewno wrócimy :) Malutki minus to brak narciarni.

El lugar está lindo, nos quedamos en una habitación para tres personas (con tres camas) era una cama matrimonial y un sofá MUY incómodo era un sillón individual que se hacía cama, pero la verdad estaba durísimo y no se puede descansar.
Las almohadas muy chicas e incomodas.
Fuera de eso esta muy limpio y el desayuno muy rico.

Willa Carlton offers great value for money in rather expensive city such as Zakopane. Historic interiors will take you back in time to 1930s'. Hotel is located in a quiet neiborhood but really close to Krupowki - Zakopane's main street. Great for families or groups. Big outdoor parking. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.
