Incredible value for a luxury experience. Terrific breakfast--excellent variety quality. The room was comfortable as well. The only drawback for us was that the sauna was closed on the second night of our stay. My partner and I would recommend.

Nagyon korrekt bánásmód, segítőkész személyzet, hangulatos terek.
Kicsit sötétek voltak a szobák. A welnessben jó lenne egy melegebb vizű gyermekmedence. Igaz, mi felnőttek voltunk, de láttuk a kisgyermekes családok dilemmáját.

Jeden z ostatnich naprawdę eleganckich punktów w tym mieście. Takie miejsca w otoczeniu górskich szczytów to Zakopane z czasów świetności. Grand Hotel reprezentuje dobrą stronę tego miasta i warto go odwiedzić. Imponująca architektura, miłe wnętrze oraz uprzejma obsługa.

Beautiful hotel with character, very clean, food delicious, perfect location (not too close/far from city centre- Krupowki), staff very friendly and helpful, beds very comfortable. All in all we are very satisfied with our stay at Hotel Stamary.

Najlepszy hotel , obsługa na najwyższym poziomie wszyscy mili i pomocni , jedzenie no cóż chyba nie jedliśmy tak dobrze wszystko jest smaczne a do tego zadbano o każdy szczegół pokoje ciche bardzo czyste codziennie są panie sprzątające wymieniają ręczniki wodę co nie jest takie oczywiste w innych hotelach Basen ciepły jacuzzi rewelacja poprostu polecam z czystym sumieniem

We chose this hotel based on positive reviews we saw online. However, the truth was very disappointing. Overall cleanliness is terrible, especially in the bathroom. In the room, there were stains on the carpet, and on the sofa bed. The extra sofa bed that was supposed to accommodate two teenagers was hideous, very uncomfortable, and nobody got any sleep. The are polite, however, nobody except the person sitting in reception speaks any English. Location is quite good, walking distance from most most things worth visiting. Breakfast was average, nothing special. Free parking was a plus,

Should be a 5 star really. The hotel and staff are exceptional and location is just right. Pool facilities are lovely. Food was world class and place was spotless. Room was large, comfortable and beautifully decorated, parking was right outside reception

Hotel was fine. You can tell it was once grand, but it’s starting to show age. Bed was pretty uncomfortable, but pillows were worse (you could get different ones but had to pay for them). Front desk staff was unfriendly and rude. Bartenders were amazing. Morning breakfast had lots of variety and options and was decent. Hotel is starting to wear out overall. No AC made it impossible to be in the room during the day. Entry to rooms are disasterous keys. You can hear everything through the walls. It was nice that each room has balconies… but they were shared with other people making it also difficult to cool the room off at night. The area is fine. It’s a bit of a walk to Krupowski street. Not a lot of good options directly by the hotel but the hotel food was awesome. Overall, though, Zakopane as a city was… lacking. It’s a giant carnival and that took away the allure.
