Breakfast buffet was wonderful and catered really well for Gluten Free with gluten-free bread every morning! Professional staff who went above and beyond.
Noise from ongoing building works next door unfortunately kept us awake early in the morning.
Would happily stay again otherwise as no other complaint.

In a very quiet street and just a 5 minute walk from main market.

Welcoming staff and lovely large room. However not many places to really sit in the lobby that were cosy and not at a breakfast table. The pillows were very very uncomfortable and the room was extremely hot. We had both windows open all night in December even though heating was off room still stayed at 25 degree Celsius.

Stayed for three nights. Room with jacuzzi excellent, spotlessly clean, as was the whole hotel. Choice of breakfast was outstanding, best we have experienced. Location was perfect and staff very helpful. Three very good days, will hopefully return one day.

For få parkeringsplasser rundt hotellet. Parkeringen kostet 80 PLN per døgn, noe som var veldig mye. Ikke spesielt hyggelig service i resepsjonen. Veldig bra frokost. Moderne hotell, rommet vårt (deluxe) var stort, og sengene gode. Middag på hotellet anbefales ikke.

Zakopane is a huge tourist area now and hotels are tucked into every corner. Hotel Rysy is an amazing art deco decorated hotel on a very tiny side street. But easy walking to the main action. Pricy but tasty breakfast. Great room. Parking is a challenge and on-site parking was approximately $20 US per day. Enjoyed our stay.

What a fab hotel. The service at the start very professional, room was spacious with a nice view. A lot to choose from at the breakfast. Top noch cleanness. We will definitely be back very soon to Zakopane and this place will be our stay always.
