I originally asked for a double bed on the booking and received 2x single beds. Overall clean room and breakfast was good standard.

Just got back from a weeks stay here. Reception were wonderful, Magda Kasia Justina and Joseph….. Breakfast was enough for me, lots of salad meats and bread. Pancakes and fruit were lovely. Room was great with balcony and leaving our food/drink worked outside because of the temperature. I think fridges would be needed for summer, maybe they can look into that. Pool and sauna were a nice touch. Location on the Main Street was great, Lidl 1 minute walk away. Only thing I didn’t like was being spoken down to by an arrogant skinny waiter. Let’s the hotel down.

Situé un plein cœur de la rue Krupowski l’emplacement de cet hôtel est idéal. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confort correct (l’absence de rangement nous a tout de même interpellé) Concernant le petit déjeuner, c’est également correct à condition de ne pas tomber dans le rush, car il sinon il y à une file d’attente assez longue pour se servir un simple café ou pire pour avoir des œufs brouillés où les assiettes sont faites unes par unes … Le gros point négatif est la piscine. Tout d’abord, il faut sortir du bâtiment pour rejoindre le bâtiment en face. Il n’y a pas de vestiaire pour se changer, et l’hygiène y est assez douteuse (nettoyage du sol) Mis à part ces détails , nous avons passé un séjour assez agréable.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Didn't get off to a good start. Lady with blonde hair checking us in was so rude that we were taken aback. Needs customer service training or a new job. But things improved after this. Other reception staff were lovely. I had hurt my back and asked one of the staff to ring a physio I had found online. I don't speak Polish. Lady had someone she suggested and he came to the hotel. He was brilliant and a greatly helped my back. Great recommendation from hotel receptionist. Rooms were quite big. Nothing flash, but spotless and for the money great value. Note no fridge in rooms. We were there in winter so just left our milk outside on the window sill. Breakfast was okay. Not alot of hot food. Took ages to get a omelette. A toaster would be a great addition for your international visitors who aren't use to just bread for breakfast. Location was just perfect. Right on K Street. I would definately stay here again if ever back in Zakapone.

We stayed here twice in the last 3 months! We love it here! The staff at reception speak excellent English and are very welcoming which pleased my mother who is over 70. The Location is superb ! Unfortunately there is no English tv channels in the rooms but that is something that is easy for them to add

Beautiful hotel in Zakopane with amazing location.All staff is superb especially Justyna,Kasia,Magda and Sabina from reception. They couldn't be more helpful. Rooms are beautiful with very comfortable beds.Also restaurant and swimming pool are beautiful.We will be definitely back one day.
