The room was close to the laundry room so noise from the washing machines was heard all day and night.
They only put a towel and a small roll which was not enough

I really liked that this hotel is safe. Staff members do not share any information regarding anyone staying inside the hotel. We were getting picked up by family one morning and our family asked for us at reception and they denied any information to them. It actually makes me feel safe. The hotel was very clean, it has good a/c, the rooms were enough space for our stay. I like that the hotel is in the city. You are 1 min walking distance away from the main plaza, which was very convenient.

Comfortable bed and breakfast included although it was rich and substantial American.
The next day I arrived the hotel ran out of water and when it was restored it came out very dirty, apparently it has been a while since the cisterns were washed.
The reception staff is not very friendly.
