Es una pena que en un edificio histórico con una fachada y patio muy interesantes, se tenga una experiencia de alojamiento tan mediocre. Habitaciones con mobiliario muy escaso y en mal estado, colchones viejos y notándose los muelles, neveras que no funcionan, y suelos rotos . Baños antiguos, con desconchones, grifería antigua, pico eficiente y baldosas rotas. Limpieza deficiente. Hay distintos niveles en los pavimentos del edificio y creo que no están debidamente señalizados, especialmente en el acceso al patio, con el consiguiente riesgo de caídas. En mi opinion, es una mala opción de alojamiento en Zamora.

Edificio histórico totalmente descuidado, las habitaciones sucias, las mantas da grima ponérselas, el baño lleno de agua, Los radiadores cerrados, la instalación eléctrica da miedo con los cables al aire y los enchufes caídos la nevera que no funciona y mejor no enchufarla. En fin la única vez en mi vida que me he tenido que ir de un hotel sin terminar mi viaje y tener que buscar una alternativa eso si, abonando a pesar de las deficiencias la factura completa de la reserva. No sólo no repetiré sino que no he terminado mi viaje. Por acabar con algo positivo, el personal ha tenido un trato exquisito y es muy de agradecer dada las circunstancias. Imposible además para personas con movilidad reducída debido a las características del palacete.

Las instalaciones (puertas,ventanas,suelos,paredes,muebles)necesitan urgentemente arreglos. Todo está muy descuidado. La limpieza necesita mejorar mucho. Sueltos muy sucios. Lo mejor el edificio que es antiguo y con encanto. Personal atento . Una verdadera pena las habitaciones y el baño.

Nobody likes to be deceived. In this hotel, I felt deceived and it wasn't pleasant. The hotel is beautiful, but they gave me two rooms that have nothing to do with the rest of the hotel. If you call to make a reservation: be careful! Ask beforehand what type of room you will get and if it's in the cloister. The rooms they gave us: The level of comfort corresponds to a hostel or a guesthouse (and therefore the price should be much lower). They were very dirty. The mattress was very old and uncomfortable with springs that stuck out. Only one pillow despite being a double bed. The bathroom was tiny (and dirty). There was only one towel. The floor left your feet black, and in the other room, it left your feet full of white hairs. The air conditioning units throughout the building are attached to the rooms and are very noisy. The garden is full of papers on the ground. Honestly, I don't recommend this hotel experience at all. I never make a complaint (I think it's the first time), but I'm really angry. The only thing that has been saved is the hotel staff who are very friendly. The problem is that "the property" is marketing rooms that they shouldn't be marketing and deceiving customers. The feeling is one of fraud.

Hace mucho que no escribo nada en TripAdvisor pero creo que este sitio y está gente lo merece. Además de ser un edificio histórico muy bonito, que está muy cerca de todo....bla bla,bla. Quiero sobre todo hablar de su personal, esos 4 jóvenes con los que coincidimos y nos sorprendieron con su amabilidad y profesionalidad. Gracias por hacernos pasar un fantástico puente, vuestro saber estar, recomendaciones , simpatía y el trato siempre amable con nuestro hijo. Conseguisteis que una broma vecinal no empañara nuestra visita a Zamra.

El hotel es bonito pero necesita que le hagan una buena puesta a punto, el mantenimiento deja mucho que desear, está mal conservado. Pero además laa habitaciones son incómodas por la misma razón, las camas son del siglo pasado literalmente, somieres antiguos que se mueven, colchones finos malísimos... El baño totalmente desaliñado, la bañera de "hidromasaje" 😨 da miedo de tan vieja que es, hasta desconchada.. Es una pena. LO MEJOR EL PERSONALson muy amables y te ayudan en todo. Para ellas un 10.

El edificio es del siglo XV, con un patio interior que resulta muy acogedor e invita a tomar una copa antes de ir a dormir. Hay que subir a la terraza y disfrutar de las vistas al río. La habitación en la que hemos estado era una triple que daba al patio, buen colchón, cambiados de hace poco, habitación fresca y con suficientes enchufes. La limpieza es correcta, pero el edificio es antiguo y no se puede esperar que no hayan desperfectos o detalles mejorables. En conjunto por ubicación, muy céntrica, amabilidad del personal, que son muy atentas y simpáticas y precio me parece una muy buena opción.

Im Hosteria Real de Zamora habe ich 3 Nächte gewohnt und mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Hier passt einfach alles! Die Hosteria ist ein altes Herrenhaus mit Patio und antikem Charakter, ich hatte immer das Gefühl, in einem einfacheren „Parador“ zu sein, die professionellen Mitarbeiter, die alle sehr freundlich waren, die Sauberkeit (täglicher Zimmerservice), einfach perfekt. Es liegt unten am Fluss, man erreicht aber die Kathedrale oder den Plaza Major in nur 10 Minuten. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Vinimos a este hotel por que habíamos visto su referencia a la clásico , a lo antiguo. Es un pequeño parador con obras de arte, copias o no, por todos lados. Con un baño de purificación judío en un lado. Las habitaciones son correctas. Buena limpieza. Hay que destacar dos cosas, su cercanía al río Duero y puente, y detrás, a la arteria del casco antiguo. Pero lo que supera todo es la atención que nos brindó Raquel. Hemos estado en muchos sitios y nunca hemos visto un trato tan cercano y profesional. Un 10 sin duda para ella.
