The staff was very helpful in getting into a 1st floor room at the last moment (my bad - THANK YOU) , but the heat unit wouldn't go above 66 degrees, the TV wouldn't change channels, and there wasn't an iron/ board for touch-ups. Also, be warned that the free breakfast cuts off at 9 am.
Cleanliness was good, just a few nagging problems. I did not notify staff of the problems when we checked in since our arrival was so late (after 10 pm) so I'm NOT faulting the staff at all.

Great staff and comfortable rooms, will stay again! Breakfast was enjoyable and this was close to where we wanted to be. Staff was very knowledgeable about the area and helped us to our destination. Check in and check out was fast and friendly too!

Nothing until. I stayed there some years back. Looks like it's been renovated somewhat. The employees were friendly.

The premises were shoddy. It was a three story hotel with no elevator. The room had a facial tissue holder with no tissues, coffee service with no coffee cups and no drinking water cups in the room. I had to use my hand for water with my pills. The freezer coils of the refrigerator were totally frosted up, making the freezer compar**ent useless.
