Best hotel in town, it is in central on the town, everything is nearby the hotel. Walking distance from Hotel to Town and to Forodhani area & port. Clear hotel with good hospitality. Friendly staff and food. Top roof bar✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅

Stayed in room 103. The noise from outside is deafening, disgusting, loud. Unable to sleep. Apparently the hotel was fully booked so owner/manager unable to help. Refused my request for discount. Basically said it is what it is. If you want to get done sleep this is not the place to stay

I got here yesterday for two nights I took a room for two nights alas there is no soap no towel and the phone is not working I had toogk from the second d floor too the ground floor too ask them why my phone is not working why there is no soap and towel or water at the reception they gave me a bottle of water and two pieces of soap the receptionist said I will get my towel after two hours it was not there I had to go back down as the phone toom is not working they gave me a towel alas I asked them to change me the room which the phone ain't working when I left these morning I come back the room has no soap the bed runner is down and alas no towel no drinking water I had to go down stairs ask what's not happening the reception guy said heinous nothing and it's non of his bussiness if these is the way too run a business asked for the manager they said he's at home these is the most un proffesional place I have ever been in these town

It is a nice Hotel with a very good service, reasonable price, my stay of almost two months, i have enjoyed it. Management of the hotel are good listeners, they can understand the challenges of customers and amicably resolve it in the best manner.

- Hotel is well maintained and clean - Rooms are spacious and have many features such as AC, TV, Fridge and much more - Food is amazing with rooftop view of Zanzibar - Staff are very friendly - Spa and laundry services which are very nice
