一個店的經理 人家續房了要求換床單被罩 都嫌麻煩不給換的人 這個店也挺慘的

房間沒有問題 裏面那個男經理業務不熟 我訂了4個房間 提前給打電話 跟他説 先讓客人入住 放東西 其他的我來弄 好了 到了之後磨磨唧唧 又説員工休息 他不會弄 讓我們退了再一間一間的訂 我的客人就一直在前台那邊等 我就一直催能不能讓客人先進去 一直在那邊弄了半個多小時 才入住 這都算了 第二天我續了房 但是住裏面的客人想去其他地方住 然後我又安排另外的客人住進去 我讓經理給我重新打掃 換一下床單 然後經理説員工下班了 不能換 我説我自己換 他説他們床單被套規格都不一樣 反正就是不給換 正常情況下 我退房了 你難道不給換床單被罩打掃衞生麼 我續房了就不能換了？沒有辦法 我不能讓我另外的客人去住前一個客人睡過沒有換床單的床 我衹能再重新開一個房間

床單被套枕頭看起來乾淨，但是睡着有些癢，住完之後身上有些過敏，不知道是不是這個原因，新酒店甲醛可能也有些超標。設施挺新的，床也很舒服，但是房間有些地方打掃的還是不徹底，有灰塵，有衞生死角，總體來説還行吧
