酒店位於景區內，酒店服務員服務態度非常好，接到電話立即到景區門口幫我們提行李，進入景區後才能搭酒店的電瓶車到酒店。酒店是清朝風格，古色古香，適合拍照打卡，房間舒適安靜，夜遊古城非常方便。下次來台兒莊還會選擇入住這間店。

房間不錯，因為我定的房間沒有空房還升級了住房，客服態度都很好，酒店環境非常好，就在景區裏面，還有電瓶車接送。就是有一點，早飯是定製的，東西有點少，但能吃飽就是了。

端午期間陪家人出行，前期選了好幾家，最終決定還是選正昇園。非常慶幸選擇是對的，打了電話，總枱小姐姐怕我對路線不熟悉，把停車位置和台兒莊古城怎麼方便購票訊息都發送給我們，點個大大讚👍🏻。檢票處人多了點可能是放假原因，安排電車接我們。大堂有綠豆湯口感不錯應該是現熬的。進到酒店才知道，酒店其實挺大的，分好幾進院，拍了幾張供大家欣賞。晚上出看景區演出打鋼花不錯就是時間短了點遊客挺多怪熱鬧。
等遊玩回來那種從鬧市到幽靜的轉變，對我太有感覺了。感覺就是我選對了，家人都很喜歡哈哈。

非常好的酒店，以後還會再來。酒店整體感覺很有規格，保留了很傳統的風格，園林式建築獨門獨院，大氣幽靜，與吵鬧的景點形成鮮明的對比，是整個景區最獨特的存在了。還沒到達景點就有工作人員聯繫，因訂好的酒店不在一個區域特地給調整到了一個樓上，還免費給升級了，特別細心。到達酒店後，接待我們的是一位姓尚的經理，細心為我們當嚮導，幫忙我們搬運行李到房間，服務非常專業，還送了我們書簽小禮物，還有水果和酸奶。酒店有餐廳，價格也合理，菜做的也很考究，感覺大廚是有功底的，還免費贈送了一份早餐給孩子，我們在景區裏全是在酒店用餐的。酒店雖然有年頭了，但是各項設施維護很好，都是品牌的，聽工作人員介紹酒店當年是按照五星級酒店標準建設的。這個酒店沒有景區消費的那些通病如價格虛高，過度營銷之類的，就是在用心低調的做好酒店服務，給我感覺很實在很真誠，還讓顧客感覺賓至如歸，真的是物超所值。酒店離附近景點都不遠，因為是獨門獨院樹木茂盛，又不吵鬧，真的是鬧中取靜的好去處，來回都有車接送，但是離東門也不遠，走着也沒問題。總之非常滿意，酒店的服務配得上秀美的園林風景，大氣沉穩，讓人感到如沐春風和久違的安心。

服務態度很好，尤其是前台小哥。但是從東門停車場走到景區入口裡麪，路有點多，雖然在第一座橋有服務員接，但景區和酒店的交通規劃還是很不方便。其次，是早餐品質太貧乏，尤其是還不如經濟型快捷酒店

城裡的皇家園林，也就是整個台兒莊內唯一的五星級酒店“正昇園”。乾隆二十二年，乾隆皇帝第二次下江南，遊覽了整個台兒莊城，併入住此園，此後這裏就被稱為“乾隆行宮”。這裏也是明末清初台兒莊四大家族中“台”家的府第。據説台兒莊內水道交錯縱橫，四方河流皆入正昇河，並匯聚於此，“聚財、升官、望族”皆最佳，正是四通八達，風水極佳之地。特別推薦這裏的餐廳，美味，魚也太大了，我們兩個人點了一條最小的，都要3.5斤，贊。
