The hotel was booked for the Zaozhuang concert. The location is very good. The stadium is within walking distance. It is close to the mall for eating and shopping. The underground parking lot is shared with the mall. Free parking is available by scanning the code when checking out.
The check-in speed in the lobby is relatively slow (but snacks are given), and the lobby manager with glasses provides good service.
Two small comments:
1. The room hygiene needs to be improved. There are water stains and fingerprints on the power switch, and there are a lot of dust and hair. There are draft texts left by previous guests on the back of the hotel introduction paper on the desk.
2. The breakfast is rich, but there are no wontons around 9:00 (closed at 10:30). Western dishes such as breakfast salad and roasted pumpkin are well received.

The room was clean and tidy, the area was large, the twin room was a family of three or four, very close to the high-speed exit, convenient transportation and parking. The service was excellent and the staff was very good, meeting our travel needs as much as possible.

The front desk service was very polite and made people get along very comfortable. The customer was very warm. The room was very clean and the supporting facilities were all available. The hotel is in the ancient city, close to Xiaonanmen, Guandi Temple, and close to the river. It is quiet in the bustling city. The family room I booked is very spacious, with two beds, one large and one small, which is very suitable for family travel. The front desk lady is very nice. She called in advance to communicate, send the hotel location, guide how to get there, arrange the room when you arrive at the store, and answer all questions about the ancient city. When I left the hotel, I was given some local specialties as souvenirs. Except for the fact that the vehicle was suspended during the holiday and could not pick up at the gate of the ancient city, it was a good choice~~~

GGuest UserI went out to play with my friends and saw a new Atour hotel. I couldn’t wait to experience it. The room was fully equipped, there was a small degree to control the whole house, the sanitation was spotless, the environment was really good, and it was very late to check in at the front desk. The front desk lady sister service is particularly good. They are very enthusiastic. They also patiently explained to me the location of the hotel breakfast, laundry room and gym. The breakfast is also very rich. It will not end until 10:30. It is really a lazy gospel. Wake up and have a beautiful breakfast. It is really a very good stay experience. Will choose this hotel next time

The children were afraid that the elderly could not find the hotel. The young lady in the store went out of the city gate to pick up and checked in early (10 o'clock) for the two elderly people who were tired of boats and cars. She also adjusted to the first floor room according to her mother's leg pain. Mom is very satisfied! Also, Miss Wang Rongrong is very caring, and also provides a play route for parents, patiently telling parents the dragon in the ancient city, iron flowers, and the time of the light show! Parents are also full of praise for Xiao Wang's service! Meeting is the best, and meeting the lake and moon viewing inn is the best arrangement for the trip to Taierzhuang! Damei Shandong~ Jingmei, people are more beautiful!
