El hotel increíble, realmente tiene unas vistas muy bonitas, la habitación, la limpieza y la tranquilidad que tienes cuando estás ahí vale la pena, el único detalle por lo que no puse las mejor calificación es el servicio de restaurante para la cena, deja un poco que desear, aunque el desayuno delicioso

Habíamos pasado varias veces por la hacienda pero nunca habíamos entrado. En esta ocasión nos dimos la oportunidad, desde que entramos al camino que nos llevaría al hotel la vista es divina con sus campos de agave y las montañas de la barranca al fondo nos van dando ideas de lo que sigue. Llegamos a la entrada del hotel y la vista hacia adentro nos integra cada vez más al mood hacienda tranquila y ya no quiero salir de aquí. La energía que se respira es de total descanso, desconecte de la ciudad y rutina diaria. Comimos muy rico y muy buena atención y servicio, sí volvemos y definitivamente la próxima será de mínimo una noche, para poder disfrutar la noche que será definitivamente estrellada y el silencio de la barranca

The views are very beautiful, however excessively expensive and very poor service, they made last minute changes to me and they do not have personalized treatment at all as it would be in a boutique hotel

Excellent place to disconnect and spend a pleasant moment as a couple. The attention from the staff is incredible, the food is delicious and the views of the place are wonderful. Without a doubt a place worth visiting if you are in Guadalajara.

Too expensive, 8500 for one night, everything is charged separately for the use of a jacuzzi 3500 for 2 hours, the place is nice but it is not the Riviera Maya for them to get dirty with those prices. Attention PROFECO with these types of places, the rooms were not comfortable and it gave the impression that they only changed sheets. To begin with, there is no security at night or room service. If you feel bad, no one can help you. The truth is, instead of having a pleasant stay, I had a scary night. The place is nice because of the location but they commit an abuse by saying that it is 5 stars, their food prices are exaggerated. Apart from the fact that it's badass I recommend looking at other places before getting carried away by the beauty of the place like what happened to me. Very bad experience.

I made the reservation through their website, unfortunately I did not see the comments that appeared on trip advisor until later, after making the reservation I asked for information about some massages and the jacuzzi, they did not answer me and when they answered me a very rude lady and so I decided to cancel my reservation the next day, for that reason they have not returned my money, they give me a lot of delay, terrible customer service and they send me refund receipts from other clients since they do not match the date, refund or card. THEY ARE A SCAM!

Hice reserva a fines de Marzo del 2022, para el cumpleaños de mi esposa a principios de Junio. Extrañamente no recibía de este hotel (como de la Mayoría de su categoria sí) mensajes adelantados de cortesía, por lo que intenté infructuosamente de contactar por teléfono, por el whats que tienen, hasta que POR FIN EL DIA PREVIO A LA FECHA DE ENTRADA, es que me contesta una Srita poco menos que cortés, y secamente me dice que MI RESERVA HABIA SIDO CANCELADA!! Y que, supuestamente, “intentaron comunic**** conmigo” por teléfono, por mail, y que nunca les contesté…cosa que no es reflejo de la verdad, y así de un plumazo, queda por tierra todo el plan de festejo de mi esposa sin aviso alguno. Creo MUY MAL ESTO DADA LA CATEGORÍA Que sustenta el hotel, y la poca amabilidad y empatía de la persona que me atiende…DESASTROSA EXPERIENCIA…habiendo tenido tan altas expectativas de ese hotel…En verdad una pena

PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA - El lugar es hermoso, tuve oportunidad de conocerlo anteriormente y he sido cliente varias veces pero esta vez ha sido todo un calvario, realicé una reserva con 2 meses de anticipación y casi 1 mes antes de la fecha decidí cancelar por cuestiones personales y va ya un mes y no me hacen la devolución del dinero, solo dan largas y dicen que por políticas (las cuales NO están publicadas en su página) se pueden tardar hasta 3 meses para hacer la devolución del dinero, lo cual es un delito si el servicio ya está cancelado y solo se están jineteando tu dinero y dando largas, diciendo que pasan el reporte pero que uno siga esperando. El hotel no es nada barato, se supone que es un lugar de calidad y se comportan como empresa pequeña, sin visión para manejar este tipo de cosas y "castigar" al cliente.
