la experiencia en el hotel siempre ha sido buena, el precio formidable, sin embargo he empeado a observar ciertos detalles que me gustarian mejoraran:
Servicio al cliente
1-Ya no hay cafetera en la habitacion. Esto es muy imoortante para una estancia confortable.
2- Mantenimoiento de la habitacion, pienso deberian dar mas atencion a detalles de pintura porque se oberva algunos muebles desgastados.
3- Ruido (Torre 1, quinto piso habitacion 5108) un ruido de motor que por las noches se intensifica por la quietud del ruido natural, todo el dia ????
Por lo demas servicios todo muy bien.

Este es uno de los peores hoteles en los que me he hospedado. La habitación daba asco, olía mal, el piso estaba sucio, la ropa de cama tenía manchas, las sábanas tenían pelos, la ducha estaba o****** y sucia, la mesa de cama tenía un pedazo de comida completo, la cafetera tenía hongos y mugre pegada, fue la experiencia más asquerosa que he vivido. El personal de recepción nunca estaba en su lugar, estaban platicando con otras personas y de mala gana iban a atenderme. Todo el hotel desde que entras huele a mugre, no se parece nada a las fotos que tienen el la página. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.
