Amazing rooms, super clean, comfortable beds and great smell of the place.

The best Hotel in Guadalajara, I will return without a doubt

Five-star hotel that doesn't live up to its name. Curtain Labron. Shower head is broken. Stayed three nights and didn't fix it. I don't know if it was repaired or not. The room service came back at 6pm and didn't do it yet. The rock style is quite fresh, and there is a live concert in the evening. The breakfast is too bad, don't come to the Chinese stomach!

The hotel is very clean and the service staff are very friendly.

There was an event, loud music in the patio started at 10 am, I understand it’s the hard ROCK cafe, but people go on vacation or party, and music woke us up at 10 am

The Starbucks drinks were good, although they did not have any pastries. Food at the hotel was not tasty. Our family had to leave the property and Uber to restaurants with good authentic food. The staff was great friendly and also recommended excellent places to see and eat at

The staff was very attentive and quick with every request. We had a couple of technical issues with the iPad that controls the entire room (AC, lights, drapes etc) and they came right away at 7:00 AM. The waitress Araceli at Seasions Restaurant was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again.

My stay was great and suited my needs. The room did show some signs of wear and tear. The privacy latch on the door was broken, the door stopper that prevented the door from hitting the wall was ripped out of the floor and there was a hole in the wall from the door handle. The staff was very eager to please and the property is impressive.

I believe that when you ran at hotel, Expidia they give you the worst rooms the shower it was broken. They only had one in table. One was missing.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. The location was not ideal for exploring on foot, and to make matters worse, my room (209 on the 2nd floor) was incredibly noisy. Not only did the noise from traffic seep in through the windows, but it also infiltrated through the air ventilation system. Throughout the night, I had to endure various sources of disturbance, including the passing trains, loud trucks, live music from the bar, and an unusual machinery noise that even caused some shaking in the room's structure (possibly from machinery nearby?). It was an overall unpleasant experience, despite the visually appealing furniture and the friendly staff.
