Ottima posizione sulla via principale con fermata dell'autobus proprio di fronte. Nei pressi c'è praticamente di tutto. Camere pulite e confortevoli. Personale cordiale e gentile, servizio impeccabile. Molto buono il lounge bar. Bancomat all'interno e ristorante ucraino situato al 2° piano. Per chi non vuole fare colazione presso il ristorante consiglio di recarsi nel sottopassaggio di fronte dove c'è una panetteria (apre la mattina presto) con prodotti da forno sia dolci (biscotti e crostate, muffin, cornetti) che salati (pizze ripiene).

Everyone at the Intourist made us feel special. We were there for almost 3 weeks and the Intourist never let us down. The reception staff led by Elena and Liz could not have been more helpful. They always followed through on all of our concerns. By the way none of the concerns were hotel related. One short story that conveys just how thoughtful they were: Cell service for Verizon was none existent outside of the wi-fi range of the hotel. There was a heavy snowstorm blowing outside and we were waiting a taxi. One of the front desk staff realized we did not have phone service when the taxi driver called the main line asking for us. She actually ran out into the storm wearing nothing but her uniform and high heel shoes and told us that the taxi was going to be late. These folks at the Intourist really care. If your travels take you to the Zaphorozhia city center then you must stay there!

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die normalen Zimmer habe ich nicht gesehen, da ich mich (wegen verschiedener Bewertungen) dazu entschloss den Aufpreis für eine Junior-Suite zu bezahlen. Diese ist zwar keine Suite sonder einfach ein geräumiges Zimmer, trotzdem lohnt sich, meiner Ansicht nach, der kleine Aufpreis. Das Zimmer war renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Im ersten Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht. Nach Reklamation erhielt ich jedoch recht schnell ein neues Zimmer. Dort war dann alles TipTop! Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, das Frühstück ist ok. Etwas eintönig. Alles in allem ein sehr faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
