Hotel Gran Via Reviews

I had a very comfortable stay. All the staff were kind and had lovely smiles. It was a shame that there was construction going on from the entrance to the front desk. The location was also great, right next to the Gran Via station, making it convenient for going to department stores and downtown. I would like to stay there again if I have the opportunity.

Everything is perfect bed, bathroom, perfect cleanse. Price is also good. Close to center and many places to eat. Room is small, but this is not problem.

The hotel is located on the main street a short walk from Goza Central Station. The tram runs down this street and it is very easy to reach the major sites and attractions in Zaragoza from. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the reception were friendly and attentive. There is a cafe with an outdoor and comfortable indoor seating area.

The only bad thing is the elevator that only goes up to the first floor.

Good place, close treatment with the client and a 10 in terms of the comfort of the room

Pese a que no me reintegraron el precio de la habitación por haber hecho una reserva erroneamente, sigue siendo uno de mis hoteles preferidos en Zaragoza por su relación calidad/precio y sus cómodas habitaciones

El problema del hotel son los ruidos derivados de las instalaciones antiguas donde se ubica (ruido de ascensores, motores, cisternas...) y el patio interior de la finca (ruidos de vecinos, perros ladrando...)

Reserve dos habitaciones comunicadas y nos dieron dos cercas pero nada de comunicadas. Una habitación estaba bien de tamaño. Y la otra es muy pequeña. Solo hay ascensor hasta el primer piso. Toda la recepción en obras. Es un hotel muy viejo aunque las habitaciones están reformadas , andar por el pasillo da miedo..poca iluminación y antiguao

muy bien ubicado para lo que yo quería . Limpieza bien no hice servicio de su cafetería.

Hotel que la recepción, planta baja está en obras. Las plantas de arriba, la primera en la que estuvimos todo bien. Habitación reformada y baño también. Recepcionistas muy bien. tranvía en la puerta y sino 25 minutos andando a Basílica Pilar.

Habitación demasiado reducida aunque sea individual era un poco pequeña. Deberían avisar que recepción estaba en obras. Lo de subir el ultimo piso a pie con maletas debería haberse avisado con tiempo.

Fuimos por trabajo y nos atendieron muy bien. Son cuidadosos y las habitaciones muy bien.
