. Estancia de sábado a domingo, amabilidad y buena atención en recepción a pesar de llegar a una hora punta en cuanto a ingresos de clientes. . Garaje en la misma puerta del hotel, facilidad de acceso, plaza amplias. .Habitación amplísima, limpia y con todas las comodidades. Calidad del sueño, sin ruido alguno . . Buen desayuno, muy variado, puedes pedir que te preparen platos a la carta. En definitiva muy buena estancia, a un precio correcto dada la calidad del hotel, sin duda repetiremos en próximas ocasiones.

En el centro de Zaragoza cercano a todo y a la vez tranquilo. Habitaciones confortables con todos los detalles y personal competente y amable. En 5 minutos del hotel llegas a todos los lugares que quieras visitar. Hemos pasado un fin de semana muy a gusto.

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue muy positiva y por lo tanto recomendable !! Además de contar con una muy buena ubicación nos encontramos con un personal amable y profesional. Las habitaciones por supuesto son del tipo señorial, amplia, limpia y con todo lo necesario para un buen descanso. El desayuno buenísimo y muy completo!! Para ponerle alguna pega diría que cuando hicimos el check out a las 8,30hs tenía una sola señorita con muy buen talante pero sola ella para una cola de personas que solicitaban su atención!!!

So, the hotel is nice. A lot of instagramable places inside the hotel. Nice atmosphere also. I choose to give only 4* because the rooms could be a bit refurbished. We stayed in a suite and the bedroom was very nice, but the living room had an older sofa and a small closet. It is very clean, that I must say. Breakfast was ok, many choices, but could be better. The staff at the reception was a bit overwhelmed and had some issues in helping us with some requests, but I have to say that we were part of a big event and maybe this is why they were so overwhelmed. It has a good location, there are a oot of restaurant and shops around. It's a nice place.

Hotel é bem localizado e limpo. O ponto forte desse hotel é o camareiro Renan que fica no bar. Extremamemte gentil e prestativo e muito eficiente. Críticas: 1. A temperatura do quarto estava absirdamente alta e, no inverno, o ar condicionado não esfria. Tivemos que dormir com a janela aberta. 2. Não havia vagas estacionamento. Tive que parar um estacionamento publico na frente do hotel. 3. Quarto com pouca luminosidade

Hemos pasado un calor insoportable, teniendo que abrir todas las ventanas y bajar la temperatura del aire.
No había máquina de café en la habitación.
Fuimos con un bebé y, a pesar de solicitar cama de matrimonio, nos dieron dos individuales que, aunque muy amablemente las juntaron, no es lo mismo.
