Great value for money, very comfortable beds, great bathroom and wonderful customer service team.

Well located, modern hotel, in a quiet area, next to the Gran Casa shopping center and about 20 minutes walk from the center and the Basilica del Pilar and with a tram stop at the door. We were in a standard room, medium in size, enough to be comfortable for a few days. The bed was comfortable and the furniture in general neat. The heating worked perfectly and there was no noise from other rooms or the hallway. The size of the bathroom was enough for two people, good hot water temperature and good water pressure which for me is very important. The bathtub looked a little deteriorated, with the typical silicone that was a little blackened and finished regularly, as well as the glass, always insufficient in most hotels to prevent water from leaking out of the bathtub. We can't comment on breakfast because we only took accommodation (there are enough places around to have breakfast at a reasonable price).

It is the first time we have stayed at this hotel. We did it because we were helping in a course, which was taught at the WTC, right next door. Excellent location, and the "Gran casa" shopping center next door. The very cozy room. The bathroom was very spacious. The bed very comfortable. The fact that the room was not excessively large allowed the heating to be immediately noticeable. We left very happy

Really friendly hotel in a great location, very comfortable, great Breakfast buffet. The Hot and Cold selection was well presented and freash. Try the Omlette! All staff were really helpful when asked about anything and always had a smile. They tolerated my attempt at Spanish

We choose this hotel as Zaragoza was in middle from Madrid to Barcelona. We are happy with our decision to stay in Zaragoja and this hotel. This neat and clean hotel is 2 kms away from city centre. Can be walked or can be reached via bus. Although we paid for parking but there's free parking nearby area within 3-4 mins walking distance. Staff were courteous. Room was small but manageable for one night. We had breakfast too. Since we are vegetarians would have liked few more options. Also would have liked one live counter too. Bakery items were nice too.

A reasonable size room however the huge bed took up most of the room so struggled to get around it. Wardrobe was good. Large bathroom with a shower over the bath. However the beautiful glass basin was impractical. Almost no storage for your toiletries. Shampoo, conditioner, hand sanitizer and body lotion provided but no soap! The room also didn’t have any tea/coffee facilities which seemed odd to me. The hotel is across the road from GranCasa, a huge shopping complex. The team is out the front so easy to get to the old town or it’s about 20 minute easy walk. Parking was underneath

We stayed here on our way back from Tarragona and before visiting the Monasterio de Piedra. The hotel is in a good place, close to shops and bars, a small supermarket close by. It was clean, smelt good and was very quiet. The staff were great, efficient and quick. Breakfast was also very inclusive... a lot of choice, perhaps not top quality but great value for money. Highly recomended

We visited Zaragoza for a week and stayed at this hotel. Room was quite small but beds were comfortable and shower was good. Room cleaned every day and fresh towels and linens were given. Our room was on the 4th floor and, unfortunately, for most of our stay, the guests in the next room were very noisy but that’s not the hotel’s fault! Breakfast was included in our booking and was quite adequate. Plenty of choice of fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, cereals, juices, coffee and a hot selection of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and vegetables. Reception staff were very pleasant. This location is a few stops on the tram to Zaragoza Centro but the tram is very close to the hotel and offers an excellent service. We could have walked to the centre but the temperatures were around 40 degrees and it was a bit too hot to walk far. All in all, a nice hotel and a good location (there are bars and restaurants close by and also a large shopping centre).

We took a Winter Break in Zaragoza. By googling and contacting the hotel directly, we secured a good rate for B&B. The nearby tram stop was easy to use for access to the city centre. The Hotel is near to a large mall too if you like shopping. Breakfast was good, cleanliness was excellent.

Just a few steps to the mall, opened till 10pm. Clean rooms, nice bed. Garage, if you’re here by car. Great staff! The breakfast buffet have many options of food, large saloon. It was a nice and comfort stay.
