Pequeño, oscuro, poco limpio. Se nos inundó la habitación porque no tragaba el sumidero. La encargada muy borde La tele se ve fatal el proyector hace mucho ruido, Lo único bueno la localización, lo demás un desastre

hotel en el centro del casco viejo de zaragoza imposible dormir, ventanas mal insonorizadas mucho ruido(fachadas en rehabilitación imposible abrir las ventanas , no entra la luz) , habitación pequeña .No tienes servicio de limpieza ni arreglo de la suites, solo te hacen la habitación el primer día. No explican como funciona la calefacción ni los servicios que tienes incluidos , ni donde lo tienes. Habitación pequeña y un poco destartalada(teniendo en cuenta que contrate la suite mas lujosa con una bañera impresionante, lo único bueno de la habitación)

La suite familiar de dos habitaciones con spa es lo más parecido a un zulo, de todos los sitios en que he estado. Sólo tiene una ventana a un patio interior que se abre sólo un poco y la sensación es de agobio. Muy oscura y sin ventilación natural. Perdimos la visita a la basílica esperando a que viniese alguien a abrirnos, porque no una tiene recepción como cualquier hotel. El edificio es tan viejo que decidimos no usar el ascensor, porque se acababa de ir la luz en el portal. Por último, no nos dieron factura ni recibo; menos mal que pagué con tarjeta, por tener un jutificante. Nada recomendable.

super recomendable!! la cama era comodísima, la habitación super silenciosa, perfecta para el descanso. La zona inmejorable, justo delante del Pilar. el personal amabilísimo. todo de 10!

Overall a good stay - stayed in loft
Room a bit on the dark side with a small balcony but not much of a view
Parking slightly off site but still close - a slight walk with bags
Handy to all sights in Zaragoza
Kitchen could do with a view more amenities
Great to have the use of the washing Machine
