The room is a bit small, far from the 4 stars in China, but it is convenient. It is in the city center, with Aragon Square and the Palais des Anglais shopping mall downstairs. Nos hemos alojado en este hotel un grupo de amigos los días 20 y 21 de Abril previa reserva, el hotel es de 4 estrellas, moderno y cerca del centro de Zaragoza, las habitaciones muy grandes y amplias, la limpieza excepcional, las camas cómodas, el desayuno muy completo, quizás lo que echamos a faltar es que no funcionara la cafetería pero por lo demás muy recomendable

Muy mala experiencia. Después de pagar 306€ por 2 habitaciones (mis hijas y la nuestra), habitaciones dispares. La nuestra con el colchón roto, pequeña, sin toallas de mano, minibar con solo 2 botellas de agua (nada más), lavabo que no tragaba el agua. La de mis hijas algo más grande por lo menos. Me qujé en recepción y me dieron la opción de ir a otra habitación todavía más pequeña. El colmo fue al ir a la cafetería por la mañana. Pregunté por la opción de un desayuno únicamente de café y tostada en vez de continental. No era posible. Les pedí entonces si no les importaba que cogiese simplemente un café de la máquina automática. Me dicen que lo coja. Se presenta a los 10 segundos una señorita y me pide el número de habitación según caía el café. ¿Me va usted a cobrar por un simple café de máquina?. Se lo dejé puesto. Me pareció inaceptable después de todo... No volveré pero sobre todo, me preocuparé de extender mi opinión en las redes. No se puede permitir que un hotel tenga 4* cuando sería un 3* básico. Y lo dice uno que viaja muuuchooo. Nada recomendable. Demasiados fallos. Las fotos no corresponden con la realidad.

Hotel situado en el centro de Zaragoza cerca del Paseo de la Independencia y De la Iglesia de Santa Engracia. A el hotel le hace falta una reforma aunque por su ubicación suele estar lleno. Servicio correcto, habitaciones espaciosas aunque se nota que han llevado mucha batalla, el precio correcto para un hotel de su categoría. La entrada del hotel situada en una calle estrecha por lo que las habitaciones bajas no son muy soleadas

Para ser un 4* deberían mejorar la comodidad de los colchones, hemos estado dos noches y la primera no hemos podido apenas dormir,se nos clavaban los muelles, incluso al pasar la mano podías notarlos,lo comunicamos en recepción y nos cambiaron de habitación,pero deberían revisar el estado ya que es increíble como pueden tener colchones así.

Me gustó sobre todo la ubicación. A un paso de todo pero en una calle tranquila. Zona comercial y de ocio con bares y restaurantes. La habitación familiar amplia. Hotel 4* con desgaste, en su día seria un lujo, ahora se nota el paso de los años, pero la habitación bien. Camas muy grandes y tanto colchón y almohada con firmeza medio/baja. El personal muy amable. Desayuno súper correcto, variedad y cantidad, tipo buffet. Yo sí repetiría! 😊
