3-Star Hotels in Zaragoza

I wish I had never gone. I hosted a weekend of June; at 16:00, while I was in the city, they called me saying I would pass by reception when I was good to check out a documentation but that was not urgent, I arrived at 20:00, Then the reception girl told me they had entered to steal (at 14:00) and to check my room for if by chance, my soul fell to the ground, I went and actually had stolen all my electronics I need to work. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. I had to buy all the stuck material the next day because I needed it, but I lost all my job stored because of his incompetence. Today, your insurance has offered me to pay less than 1/3 part of what they stole me, a amount that doesn't offset at all what I had to spend again the next day for their total ineptity. (The police went the day after the location that indicated the device searcher, but it was already late and there was nothing, if they had called me before, perhaps it would have been different...)

This small but charming Boutique hotel has everything you need to have a great stay in Zaragoza- Its clean, comfortable, inexpensive, and centrally located! We stayed in a small but comfortable double bed room with spectacular views of the Church and main square. Loved the quirky artistic decor, front desk staff very polite and pleasant, gave us useful tips and were friendly and accommodating. Tourism office right next door, lots of shopping and great restaurants all around- we only stayed one night but we made the most of our time there. Very walkable and good bus/taxi system if you need it. The Pilar Plaza Hotel was a great choice and I highly recommend - as well as the City itself- Zaragoza is a wonderful place to visit!!

Nice, the shower room is so beautiful, the room looks on a lake, amazing. Good price, they offer tea bags, and coffee. I highly recommend it.

Having my sleep abruptly interrupted just after 8 AM in the morning by three very loud knocks on my bedroom door. My first instinct was we must be evacuating and so I've seldom shot out of bed so fast and opened the door thinking my life was is imminent danger to be told by the cleaning lady that it was her who knocked and her job is cleaning. It's just gone 8 O' Clock in the morning and the cleaning lady has abruptly woken me and check-out is 11:30AM. I told her I didn't understand why she would do that and I got the shoulder shrug and a sorry. I rang reception to complain that my sleep was abruptly interrupted and was informed by Reception that it was a mistake and she would talk to the Manager and ring me back. With no hope of more sleep to be had we got ready and packed our things and went to Reception. At Reception I was told she had spoken to the Manager and it was a mistake and that the next time I stay they will waive the Parking Charge. I said if you were genuinely acknowledging the mistake and wanted to make a goodwill gesture the Parking Fee could be waived on this visit. I was told it was not possible. I don't think that means it was impossible just that we admit we made a 'mistake' and if you are willing to spend more of your money with us we will then make a goodwill gesture. So now it's a case of not only was the service bad due to a 'mistake' I am having my intelligence insulted also. This is also a ruse used by disreputable people to keep coining it in. Anyhow I said there won't be a next time and I asked if it was Hotel Policy to wake Guests who haven't breakfast booked. The cognitive decline in her ability to understand English was so fast I was not concerned for her well-being. That vacant look when someone has slipped into neutral. So here we have a Customer paying over €100 who has his complaint acknowledged and we will make it right the next time you stay if ever. I won't as I paid for a good night's sleep and didn't get it.

We stay only One night and we really enjoyed to have chosen Cesaraugusta. Hotel Is in a good position close to historic centre Easy reachable by foot. It Is available a garage with gate to park and from It, you can go to the reception by a lift. This Is very useful since outside, on the street, It Is hard find a Place where leave the car on the street. Room clean... Just a note about temperature that can not be regulate. Room was too hot in the evening, a Little cold in the morning.

I missed breakfast after sleeping too much, so good. I suggest that you do not order breakfast with breakfast, pay 7.5 Euros to the store, and there is almost no discount in advance. The hotel is just in front of the zaragoza station, and it is a little difficult to find. It is just a short walk from the main entrance through the main square and a road. There are no restaurants around, you can order takeaway, there is a menu of telepizza in the room, you can also order glovo啥, but it is really slow. The hotel staff was not bad, there was no tableware for the takeaway, and the table was also provided to us at the front desk. It might be more convenient to have a Eurostar in the zaragoza station, but if you want to take the car directly the next day, it is similar. The facilities are not bad, after all, it is very cheap, the room is quite big, the mini bar is also very cheap, in general it is good.

The hotel is clean, sanitary and comfortable. The rooms are relatively large. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the ancient city. There is a big supermarket opposite, and there are many places to eat nearby. The ancient city is relatively small and can be completed in about two hours. The hotel does not have a parking lot. There is a large public parking lot nearby. Also convenient

We visited Zaragoza for a week and stayed at this hotel. Room was quite small but beds were comfortable and shower was good. Room cleaned every day and fresh towels and linens were given. Our room was on the 4th floor and, unfortunately, for most of our stay, the guests in the next room were very noisy but that’s not the hotel’s fault! Breakfast was included in our booking and was quite adequate. Plenty of choice of fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, cereals, juices, coffee and a hot selection of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and vegetables. Reception staff were very pleasant. This location is a few stops on the tram to Zaragoza Centro but the tram is very close to the hotel and offers an excellent service. We could have walked to the centre but the temperatures were around 40 degrees and it was a bit too hot to walk far. All in all, a nice hotel and a good location (there are bars and restaurants close by and also a large shopping centre).

This hotel is really good, cheap and good, the location is also very good, go shopping and go to the main attractions are very close. It is a little troublesome to park (the car takes the elevator up and down the underground parking lot), if the car is too big, it is not convenient to enter and exit.

La habitación cuando llegamos no estaba limpia del todo ,podíamos ver como el teléfono tenía polvo de hace bastantes días y las esquinas de la ducha estaban negras .La cama era cómoda pero las almohadas eran para malísimas ! . La luz que entraba por la ventana no me dejó pegar ojo porque las cortinas no cerraban del todo y las luces del pasillo no se apagaban . Pero sin lugar a dudas ,LO PEOR fue sobre las 8 de la mañana más o menos oímos una mujer hablando a voces que nos despertó ,así estuvo un buen rato a carcajadas,voces hablando ……vaya de película.Decidí salir para por favor decirle que bajará la voz que no eran horas cuando abro la puerta veo que es la LIMPIADORA hablando por teléfono mientras trabajaba con la puerta de la otra habitación abierta y tremendas risas . Así llevaba bastante tiempo y me dice : quiere algo 😳? Le digo si ,que por favor se calle que nos ha despertado desde hace un buen rato !!!!!!!!! . Desde luego control creo que no debe tener de ningún superior porque vaya tela .
