We stayed in the last week of June 2024. The climate was too good. We experienced amazing Rains and Foggy climate. The staff is very helpful and responsive. Srushti helped us with the booking process and she was extremely professional and generous.. We had an amazing stay and would recommend everyone to visit once.

Really beautiful location and views. Infinity pool was amazing. Playing music on those speakers by the pool and just feeling like a pool party with the awesome mountain fog view was fun. The downstairs pool has a waterfall as well when they switch it on. Most of the time you will want to out of the room with the dogs and birds, so don't bother about room selection. I preferred the bed mattress of the superior room. It was thicker and more comfortable. The food was fresh and delicious. This place is very kid-friendly as well. Great experience for one night stays, didn't need to leave the resort. The bar serves some nice fresh juice as well. Sugarcane juice was amazing. The petting zoo experience is one of a kind, the birds and dogs are very well trained. This place is for nature lovers not luxury lovers, keep that in mind.

We had a delightful stay at manas resort and petting zoo with our one-year-old. The accommodations were comfortable, and the petting zoo was a hit with our little one. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this resort for families with young children looking for a unique and memorable experience.

1) denied room service due to complete occupancy, then provided after discussion. 2) no live counter in breakfast for veg. Only egg live counter ( whats the use of adding breakfast in booking then) 3) food taste not good 4) i think i have paid for 5 star even more than 5 star but got 2 star service.

It was an unpleasant experience. The only plus point of this hotel is that its pet friendly. Otherwise its rubbish. Rooms are sub ordinary, and service, especially that of wood resturant (in house resturant) is terrible. One has to wait for ages to get their order served during breakfast and dinner time. Overall its ordinary hotel

Totally loved their buffet. Despite of keep so many animals in the zoo. Their cleanliness was top notch i mean even the dogs were kept so clean and tidy

Property location superb. Food quality and quantity 😋 yummy. I am not satisfied by room amenities didn't provide napkins for bathroom.... AC battery sound is too much loud in bathroom. Rooms are so so as compared to higher rate charges they take from us. I will NVR go for that superior rooms... thank you and sorry for inconvenience if any.

It was pleasant stay. Very nice family resort with petting zoo. Food was excellent. It is a pet friendly resorts. We had booked two superior valley view rooms and beautiful scenic view staff are very cordial amenities are good. They have indoor games room swimming pool is really good and the best part is the pool is open from 7am to 9pm we really enjoyed our stay
