My friends wanted to surprise me with a birthday wellness weekend getaway. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception so we had to find someone. The receptionist was really nice but not able to speak English, but we understood each other so that was okay. We arrived in the afternoon, checked in, spent some time in spa and booked some massages and in the evening we went to the restaurant for a birthday dinner. When we arrived, young lady told us we only have 3 minutes to order and I told her we know what we want but she left and came back in a while to take the order. She came back several minutes later saying that kitchen is closed but we can still order some salads. SO WE DID ORDER some basic salads instead of pasta and some chicken. You can imagine how disappointed we were. While we were “enjoying” our dinner, another lady approached our table saying we only have 3 minutes to finish our dinner cause restaurant closes now. (I’m not gonna mention that none of the ladies was able to speak English AGAIN) I couldn’t believe someone treat their hotel hosts like this!!!! So we took our plates by ourselfs and went to finish it to the hall where we found some table with sofas. We were very disappointed and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!! We were so shocked with the staff behaviour cause we’re visiting Polish wellness spa a few times in a year and we were always so satisfied and always looking forward for another trip…

Przyjechaliśmy licząc na sielankowy relaks, niestety obiad okazał się niejadalny… kuchnia przekombinowana, kurczak nie świeży, placek jak z tektury, polany sosem musztardowym - brak opisu w menu. Woda w basenie zimna (26 stopni), woda pod prysznicem również, w szatni basenowej wieje chłodem, to samo w korytarzu prowadzącym do saun. Czystość pokoju to 5/10. Obsługa w zasadzie miła, śniadania smaczne, sauny fajne. Za niedogodności 10% rabatu, niestety nie wystarczające na zakup leków na przeziębienie. Hotel generalnie ładny, robiący dobre pierwsze wrażenie.

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, naprawdę wszyscy tam to pracownicy roku. Hotel bardzo czysty, zadbany, bardzo ładnie udekorowany. Minusem jest mała ilość dań wegetariańskich, wegańskich (tych wręcz nie ma). Jednak jedzenie bardzo smaczne, świeże. Szczególnie polecam pierogi. :)

I don't know where to start ... because everything was great. The last time we visited this hotel with the family was 2 years ago and a lot has changed since then. The hotel has undergone a metamorphosis: it is beautiful. The food as always very good, great selection (breakfast and dinner buffet), and delicious a la carte dishes. We all loved the afternoons in the pool and the spa/sauna. Children took part in skiing lessons and evening animation for children (great break for parents:)) The staff, as always is lovely and always very polite and helpful. Thank you for the lovely time…by the way the kids would love to stay there forever. Greetings to the whole team and see you next year.

Trafiliśmy tu do restauracji przypadkiem… Jedzenie bez szału, zwyczajne, pospolite i w dodatku wszystko strasznie tłuste. Największy niesmak pozostawiła jednak Pani z obsługi wypraszając nas od stolika ponieważ jest czas obiado-kolacji i goście hotelowi nie mają gdzie usiąść. Okazało się, że dziwnym przypadkiem Pani jest z Ukrainy a goście „hotelowi” również… przypadek?!? W trakcie posiłku chcieliśmy zamówić pokój na ferie, ale na 100% tu nie wrócimy - totalny brak szacunku do klienta.

Jawor to bardzo dobry kameralny hotel w zaciszu Beskidów. Oddalone od zgiełku turystycznego, nastawione na obcowanie z naturą. Świetne miejsce zimą na rekreacyjny wypoczynek z nartami dla mniej zaawansowanych, latem miłe miejsce do wypadu na Babią Górę. W hotelu bardzo fajne atrakcje na zimowe ferie: basen, sauny, jacuzzi, wieczorki dla dzieci z animatorkami. W sezonie narciarskim szkółka narciarska dla młodszych dzieci ze świetnym instruktorem narciarstwa potrafiącym zaszczepić najmłodszym „bakcyla” tego sportu. Brak w okolicy atrakcji miejskich, ale można nacieszyć się spokojem i robić to na co ma się ochotę.
