Avid Hotel Zeeland

We always love this hotel! Staff are super friendly. They have a great gym and clean pool area.

Very clean, relatively new hotel with very friendly and helpful front desk staff. The continental breakfast was good and very handy. Quiet location that has easy access to highways.

It was ok, but next time I'll stay somewhere else. They gave me a room that wasn't clean when I arrived around 9pm. They were fully booked and said they couldn't offer me a new room, but I asked a few more times and they eventually switched my room. Overall the property isn't cleaned or kept up as well as it could be. The rooms are noisy because you can hear everyone open and close their doors, walk around, etc. The 24 hour coffee and tea is great! Otherwise I'd say look elsewhere for a hotel.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is nice and relatively clean. Our only complaint was that the bathroom had a bad moldy smell that permeated into the whole hotel room unless we kept the door closed. We’re not sure if it was the water or the walls, but other than that the room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Other reviews mentioned the smoke detector flashing a bright white light and ours did do that but it wasn’t keeping us up. We were only in town for a short stay so we didn’t make a big deal out of either of these things. The room did the trick, the price was good and the staff was friendly.

It was fine for one night. Easy parking and the beds were good. I did however not think the hotel lived up to its 9 star rating.

My wife and I are visiting Holland and Fenton for a short vacation. We have very much enjoyed our stay. The staff are friendly and eager to assist. We will definitely be back next fall!

We stayed in a king size room with a small desk and a small refrigerator. We had everything we needed. Hair dryer, iron board and steam iron included. We are very comfortable. Note the room does not have drawers to put away your clothes, only cubbies, so we kept our things in our suitcase. Plenty of places to hang your clothes if you brought clothes on a hanger. Room and bathroom are spacious for two people.

Very pleased with everything - would have preferred vending machines over commissary at front desk and for breakfast to be available later (9:30 is only 8:30 for us in CST). Otherwise no complaints
