除了地理位置欠佳，其他都啊無可挑剔的。
酒店入住是下午三點，早到後行李可以寄存，也可以去健身房。酒店右側不到100米就是免費的公眾停車場。房間的顏色也令人驚喜，如同婚房一樣。
酒店包含的早晚餐也非常好並且都是天然健康的食品。
相對酒店提供的以及設施，我這間早點的房間絕對是超值的，5月12日在官網預訂的另一間房間價格已經比我這間貴了很多。

From the moment we arrived to see our names on a decorative board outside the hotel until we left, the experience was nothing but fantastic. We were with two kids aged 12 & 14 and took a family bunk room, which was perfect for us. We went 1/2 board and glad we did, each breakfast and evening meal was high quality and delicious. All the staff were friendly and knew our names within a day. Really enjoyed and cannot recommend highly enough.

Sehr schönes Hotel, hat uns wieder sehr gut entfallen. Wir wären mit 4 Erwaschen und 2 Kinder Super um etwas zu trinken im Bar und geniessen im Spa! Das Personal macht alles um die Gästen eine schönes Urlaub zu geben. Wir gehen nächstes Jahr sicher wieder!

We had a fantastic stay at the Alpenblick Sport Resort, the Segl family are lovely hosts, and their team are second to none. It was our second time to Zell am See, the first being in 2008/9, this trip was our first family winter holiday, and it was perfect. The food and drinks were incredible, a real treat, the restaurant was clean and tidy, and the staff served the delicious dishes with great efficiency and a big dose of warmth and humour. The bar area is superb as were the live music events, the spa and pool were amazing, the kids playroom entertaining, the bedrooms perfect. All in all a great stay, definitely recommended.

Wo fängt man da am besten an 🤔Der Willkommensgruß am Eingang-sehr nice. Beim Einchecken sind wir freundlich empfangen worden und bekamen ein Glas Sekt zur Begrüßung.Die Lobby lädt durch Zahlreiche Sitzgelegenheiten zum verweilen ein.Unser Zimmer war groß und sauber die Matratzen allerdings sehr sehr weich,man findet auch eine Tasche für den Spa mit Handtücher und Bademänteln. Im Spa Bereich findet man ein Schwimmbad,mehrere Saunen,Dampfbäder sowie Ruhebereiche. Das gesamte Personal sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Restaurant und vorallem das Essen einfach Weltklasse da gibt es nichts aber auch wirklich nichts zu beanstanden auch das Frühstück-top.Das gesamte Hotel ist Stilvoll und mit kleinen Details sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wie Zuhause. Die Bar und Cocktails laden ebenfalls zum verweilen ein, schöne Livemusik inklusive. Auch Chef und Chefin waren vor Ort suchten auch den Kontakt und das Gespräch mit den Gästen. Anbindungen mit Bus und Bahn direkt vor der Tür- für mich volle 5 🌟

Best Hotel Experience EVER!! Wonderful staff - very attentive, caring and with great sense of humour! We were made welcomed since the very fist second of walking through the doors! Fantastic food (and we're foodies!!!), beautiful facilities, spectacular views over the Alps, loads to do and in general - the best vacation ever!! Definitely coming back, and with some friends too!! LOVED IT!!!

Staff were very friendly and so helpful. The food was of an exceptional standard with huge choice for breakfast and dinner. Facilities were top notch - large well equipped gym, swimming pools, soft play area for small children and games room with video games , table tennis, fussball and air hockey for older children. We couldn't fault our stay there and would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Schönes und gepflegtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal fußläufig von Zell am See entfernt. Die Einrichtung, Ausstattung und Ausstattung des Hotels hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet und das Abendessen erhalten eine 9,5. Die Skipiste ist ca. 800 Meter entfernt, der Skibus hält jedoch direkt vor dem Hotel, sodass es sehr komfortabel ist. Wir machen jedes Jahr einen Wintersporturlaub und haben mehrere (teurere) Hotels gebucht, aber dieses Hotel war bisher wirklich das Beste! Möchten Sie sich und Ihre Lieben verwöhnen? Hier sind Sie richtig! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen, vielleicht diesen Sommer schon!
