Hotel is conveniently located. Just a few mins walk from the Zell am See town. Room is spotless. Breakfast is included with excellent quality and choices. Kitchen facilities are adequate for making a simple meal. Staff are friendly too. Overall, it’s hard to fault.

Good location, only few mins walk to ski bus station to Kaprun or Schmittenstraße. The apartment is clean, big and have free washing machine and dryer to use. Breakfast is nice too. Underground car park is another plus point!

Fantastic apar**ent with all amenities near lift and village with garage in the house. Excellent breakfast that gave a perfect start to the day.

Excellent for the holiday, but there is no air conditioning, only fans, and there is a washer and dryer for everyone to use for free, but the cleaning and service were bad because each employee had different information than the other.

My only issue with the property was that there was no air conditioning. The rooms were very hot. Much hotter than outside. It was 85F outside and cooled down later but not in the rooms. The only way possible to sleep was by opening the balcony door and putting the mattress next to it.
That being said, this seems to be the norm in the other hotels in Zell am see as well so if the airconditioning issue is not there I would rate it 5 out of 5

Great location. Convenient garage. Modern and stylish interior design. Thought has been given to the small details such as Ritual's soap and body shampoo. Kitchen equipment for everything necessary. We had a 2 bedroom apar**ent which was spacious and lovely light. 2 large bathrooms, one of which has a tub, which the children loved. Service was top professional. The breakfast buffet had a reasonable selection for a perfect start to the day.
