Great location in Zell am See, easy walk to the lake in 5 minutes, 15 minutes from Kaprin for skiing or hiking. Easy access to beautiful Salzburg. Simple, clean with a good traditional breakfast. Good price gor this area!

The hotel is located very centrally. However it needs renovation. The bed is not comfortable. The hotel provides the basics only. It is also very loud in the night. The breakfast is okay.

Friendly and welcoming staff at reception, breakfast and cleaning. Good parking right outside and an easy walk to town and lake.
Spacious simple rooms with benefit of firm pillow option. No coffee or even cups in the room, although a little boiled sweet awaited us. Nice to balcony seats.
Beware corner room for continuous road noise.
Excellent breakfast with lots of continental cold and healthy options.

Die Zimmer sind veraltet und stark renovierungsbedürftig aber sauber. Die Matratzen und Pölster der Betten gehören dringend erneuert. Wir haben direkt über das Hotel gebucht, die Preise waren beim Check-out höher als gebucht. Kein Entgegenkommen der Besitzer. Schade. The rooms are outdated and need to be renovated. The mattresses and pillows need to get replaced urgently. We have booked directly through the hotel, but the prices have been higher at check out. The owner was not interested in been fine for both of us. a pity.
