The location of the hotel is good for skiing, as the ski-bus stops around the corner and stops every 10 or 15 minutes. Walking to the slopes (without gear) is also possible and takes about 15 minutes. Also, the charming city is only a couple minutes walk away. The room was nice, old-fashioned cosy and spacious. It had a balcony with a great mountain view! Everything is very old: the rooms are noisy, so you can hear the neighbors quite a bit. The bed in the master bedroom was good, but creaky. The other bedrooms had bunk beds that were a bit on the hard side. The WiFi wasn't working. The shower was lukewarm at best with a very skinny trickle. Cooking was possible in our apartment, but the kitchenware was meager. The hotel itself has little ambiance. The owner wanted to be paid upfront with cash (!). Bed linen and towels were not included and costed us €10 a day (for 4 persons) extra.
