Waardeloos. 2 mails gestuurd om te reserveren. Nooit antwoord gehad. Daarna 4 keer gebeld met het hotel. Telkens zeiden ze mij dat ik een andere keer moest terugbellen op een ander uur. Dit telkens gedaan en op het einde werden ze zelfs slechtgezind. Hoe moeilijk kan het zijn om een reservatie in te boeken, zeker als je 3 weken geleden al de 1 ste mail gestuurd hebt. Ik was verbaasd hoe je zo met klanten kan omgaan als je net van hen moet leven!!!!!!! Heb een ander hotel geboekt, want zelfs na 2 mails en 4 telefoons had ik nog steeds geen definitief antwoord.

Wir waren am 16.10.2022 spontan zum Abendessen im "Sterngrund" gelandet. Trotz Personalmangels wurden wir von einer sehr netten Dame (lt. Kassenbon: K.Liebich) bedient, die für alle Gäste ein freundliches Wort übrig hatte und uns sehr flott und zuvorkommend bewirtete. Trotz vollem Haus kam das äußerst schmackhafte Essen überraschend schnell auf unseren Tisch. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Frau Liebich und das Küchenteam.
