Overall it's good, very close to the city center and convenient for travel. The socket has USB, even if you don't bring an adapter, it will be fine. The breakfast is rich. The disadvantage is that the room is small, suitable for one person, but it can also be used for two people, and the bathroom is very crowded. Hygiene needs to be improved, there are still residues on the toilet seat😭

Convenient place to stay, all the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful, really enjoyable after a long trip. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean

Location is quite convenient for tram and walking to centre.
Room and bathroom and TV size are a bit small, but they are clean.
Daily room cleaning did a good job, and the receptionists are really helpful and friendly.

It was a comfortable stay a gent ibis opera centrum, belgium. Though the room was compact, it was okay for a single occupant even i have booked it as double bedded. Bathroom was clean with all needful accessories. Bed was comfortable. Hygiene was maintained. Specifically i am overwhelmed by the reception girl ( she said she is from istanbul, i don’t know her name). But i am not happy for the reason that they didn’t returned my cancellation charge money for one day which had to cancel for last minute urgency & that too as per norms ie cancellation before the due date. That was really not fair. Else overall the property is okay as per location, hygiene etc.

Perfect for our boys weekend away. It's a 15 minute walk from the city centre and has it's own private underground parking (first come, first served basis) so we could just leave the car and wander the city. Can't fault the stay - great location, friendly staff, good rooms and priced well. Would definitely stay again if we return to Gent.
