國慶期間旅行來到河北的張家口，準確的説是自駕路過。看到這裏的環境不錯，就預訂了該酒店。老實説環境是不錯，但國慶期間天還挺冷，竟然就沒有了空調，説是馬上供暖了，這就是讓住客挨凍的理由？主要是還有長者和小孩入住，節省成本也該有個限度。工作人員的積極性不高，感覺就是隨你怎麼抱怨，反正領導交代安排的，住客感受無所謂，整體感受偏差！
