This was a terrible experience, even though I'm a long-time customer of Yilan. How could this happen? When I inquired, they told me it was due to pipe repairs a few days ago, and that adjusting the water temperature to 40 degrees Celsius would remove the rust. First of all, shouldn't such problems be resolved before the guest checks in? Secondly, shouldn't any outstanding issues be disclosed to the guest upon check-in? I was too tired when I checked in that night, so I just showered and went to sleep. I only discovered this this morning, and it was truly disgusting. The experience was awful; I don't know how this hotel manages itself.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel's smart system allowed for voice control of the facilities, and there were even robots delivering takeout and water. The front desk staff were very welcoming and attentive. I especially want to commend the hotel's disposable slippers; they were of exceptionally high quality, and I took a pair with me!
