Environment: Absolutely stunning, full of antique charm. No matter where you're situated, you're guaranteed a beautiful view. The hotel is also massive, with picturesque scenery at every turn.
Service: Incredibly detailed and thoughtful, warm and attentive. They're proactive and directly resolve any issues. You won't have to worry about a thing during your stay.
Facilities: The amenities like hairdryers and tissues are from reputable brands, and the rooms are fully smart-automated.
Cleanliness: Could use some improvement.

We had a great stay at Foggy Valley. Hu Qing was very helpful and spoke English well. A car was arranged for both our arrival and departure, and it could carry all four of us and our suitcases! The view was amazing from the room~ The only thing was that it was a bit cold as we stayed there in winter, but the room had a thermostat to help heat the space.

We stayed for 2 nights in January and enjoyed the hotel a lot. It is not very close to the gate of the national park, bit the view and the air are amazing and Mr. Hu arranged a car to go to the park and back, and it was not expensive to get to most town attractions. The hotel also kindly picked us from the airport and delivered to the train station afterwards.
We enjoyed the rooms which were super comfortable, we also enjoyed free evening tea ceremony a lot.

Everything was perfect ! Traveling alone as a young lady isn’t always easy but they made me comfortable and safe, I really enjoyed my stay here.
We will surely see each other again, a big thanks to Mr Hu Qing always available and helpful on every points and to the nice lady that sold me tea and made sure that I felt comfortable.
I recommend this place for a stay in Zhangjiajie no matter the circumstances ! 😇

Amazing boutique hotel with exceptional service . Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds and showers are impressively new and comfortable . We had a family room with two king size beds and it was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids . The room also had a great view of the mountains .
The restaurant in the hotel was great for dinner , we had dinner there twice during our stay and it was always delicious and good value for price.
There were few dogs and cats in the territory, so our kids were entertained.
Staff is very polite and helpful. The lady at the reception helped us to secure tickets to the parks for a competitive price and some included transfers from / to hotel . The highlight of our trip was the helicopter ride that hotel helped us to book for 5&10 mins flights over the Zhang Jia Jie city, rivers and mountains.

Amazing stay! The staff made it extremely astonishing as they helped with Zhangjiajie National park tour, suggeste d local places to visit and always were there to help!
Local-inside restaurant was super cheap and delicious!

Excellent stay from start to finish — great location, stunning views, very comfortable rooms, and genuinely helpful staff. The free airport/train shuttle plus complimentary snacks and tea in the tea room were a nice touch. Highly recommended..

I really liked the hotel. The hotel arranged a transfer from the train station to the hotel and back, and it also took us to the main attractions. The staff was very helpful and responsive to our questions and concerns. The receptionist spoke English and assisted us in purchasing tickets for the Avatar Mountains, the Grand Canyon, and the cave. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We also had a free tea ceremony with four different teas from China. After the ceremony, we were able to purchase the tea we liked. The breakfasts were good, and even a Russian person could find something to eat. The hotel grounds are a separate aesthetic pleasure, especially in the evening when the steam is turned on. There is also a very beautiful view of the mountains from the room window.
