Orange Hotel (Zhangjiajie Jishou University)

Our room was excellent, and the bathroom was spotless. The location is very convenient, with taxis readily available. The front desk staff, especially the lady who assisted us, provided exceptional service. The room itself was spacious, and it's only a 5-minute taxi ride to Qishi'er Pailou.

Overall, a good experience. It was clean, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Definitely worth a mention.

The hotel is brand new and its facilities are excellent. Guests can also enjoy complimentary ice cream and fruit tea in the ground floor lobby. The weather wasn't great on our first day in Zhangjiajie, but the front desk even offered free raincoats. The service was exceptional. The hotel's breakfast restaurant also serves dinner. One evening, after a tiring day of sightseeing, we were happy to simply order dinner at the ground floor restaurant. To our surprise, the food was actually quite delicious, especially the spicy squid and shrimp, which was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is also conveniently located not far from Seventy-Two Qilou, so if you return early enough, you can even take a stroll around there.

The front desk manager had a terrible attitude. The room reeked, and there was hair everywhere.
