Zhangjiajie Tingtang Hotel (Wulingyuan Sign Store, National Forest Park)

After carefully sifting through many B&Bs and hotels, I chose this one. Hygiene: The room was very clean, and even the hard-to-reach corners were spotless. Despite being in a mountainous area during such hot weather, there were absolutely no issues with mosquitoes or other insects – a big plus! 👍 Service: From the moment we walked in, the service was incredibly warm and welcoming. They offered unlimited free ice cream and a different fruit platter every day; the peaches were especially sweet. Every staff member at the front desk was enthusiastic and genuinely helpful in planning our itinerary. The restaurants they recommended were also delicious. Breakfast was abundant, and the mini-breads were particularly tasty. Highly recommend! I will definitely choose this B&B again on my next trip to Zhangjiajie.

Calling it a guesthouse doesn't do it justice – its service, room size, facilities, decor, and cleanliness all surpass a four-star hotel. Yet, if you call it a four-star hotel, the entrance is small and the signage isn't very prominent; even though it's on the main road, you could easily miss it. The breakfast restaurant, while not large enough to feel four-star, offers a good variety and tasty options, especially the rice noodles with shredded pork. I'd say the breakfast is on par with a three-star Hanting Premium Hotel. What truly stands out is the front desk staff – their service is incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with any request. Don't just take my word for it, you really need to experience it for yourself! Staying at the Ting Tang Hotel is a choice you won't regret.

The room was spacious and the environment was beautiful. The air conditioning was very comfortable, and it was the perfect walking distance to the scenic spots. The service was also excellent, with quick responses to guest requests. Many thanks to the owner!

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. My kids loved it! The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, and even the breakfast staff were great. The breakfast spread was ample and didn't feel any less luxurious than a star-rated hotel, especially the beef noodles – they were delicious with generous chunks of beef! I even finished a whole bowl. The watermelon was also served in nice, big slices. We had a really enjoyable trip!

The owner is incredibly warm and generous. It's a convenient 10-15 minute walk to the East Gate of Forest Park, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. In the evenings, you can enjoy a stroll by the river to see the night views or catch a show at the theater. When I checked out, they even made me a fresh Americano to go, and there was complimentary fruit in the room. Plus, you can get free ice cream after a day of sightseeing – talk about thoughtful touches!

The hotel isn't large, but it's incredibly comfortable. The owner is very welcoming, the room is spacious, clean, and cozy, and the location is convenient. It was a really pleasant experience!
