Kind host , great service , excellent location , helpful, our room was large and comfortable . Breakfast was chinese buffet, everything good. We got free laundry mashine inside resort. Everything was great .

The location is very close to the sign gate. The staff is friendly and the hotel is very clean. I enjoyed it.

The hotel was easy to find and its about 500 meters from the national park gate. The room was clean and spacious with free bottled water everyday. The staff was also helpful in booking on the ticket or the taxi to go around the town with discounted price rather than booking online. There is also a lot of cheap supermarket and restaurant just about 1km from the hotel. don't buy anything from the supermarket near the gate as its expensive

We had an excellent stay at Tianchong Yunhai, it is a short walk to the East gate of Zhangjiajie national park, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The room is clean and the breakfast is good as well. The shower and water pressure is good.

pool wasnt available. musty smell in the room. towels weren’t changed, just folded.

very good hotel! located in a convenient location for visiting the national park. The rooms are comfortable. The owner of the hotel is very responsive. she helped me with transfer from/to the train station, and helped me with a guide for visiting the park.

Good location (walkable to the park gate), friendly and helpful staff, though the swimming pool was broken (and looked like it had been broken for a while with no water) and there were insects splattered on the wall.

Perfect location for entering Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. It's only a 10 min walk to the entrance, which really helped us get in early and beat the crowds. The room was big and comfortable, but maybe a little dated. Staff were very welcoming and helped us with things like washing laundry. Don't expect luxury but it's a great place to spend a few nights and maximise your time in Zhangjiajie.

In Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Scenic Area, there are many B&B hotels, but I must recommend Tianchong Yunhai Courtyard Hotel! It is only a few hundred meters away from the Wulingyuan Forest Park Scenic Area. The courtyard is elegantly designed, the rooms have a Chinese style layout, they are simple and comfortable, the environment is warm and tidy, the layout is slightly Zen-like, the service is warm and thoughtful, the breakfast staples, dishes, and drinks are fresh and nutritious. It is unique among many hotels. It is a super star hotel. It feels like home and is worth staying! ! !

It only takes 5-10 minutes to turn right and walk to the sign gate. You can relax in the foot bath in the hotel. There are several restaurants on both sides of the door, so you can eat without walking far. The taste is not bad. Now is the off-season, the hotel is highly recommended, and the cost performance is very high! In fact, you don’t need to play in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park for 3-4 days, two days are enough, the core attractions are those few, and the others are similar. If you want to see monkeys, go to Jinbianxi, where there are many monkeys.
