Amazing stay, probably the best I had so far in China. My flight got cancelled last minute in Shanghai due to a typhoon and the hotel was flexible to reschedule.
The staff is very friendly, would highly recommend the hotel for booking trips to Zhangzjiaje national park as they give good instructions. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is also nice. Would recommend!

An amazing 3-day, 2-night trip to Zhangjiajie! The owner was incredibly welcoming, the hotel is brand new with excellent facilities, and the service was very thoughtful. Even with our group of 16, the shuttle service to the East Gate was quick. The indoor pool was also a huge hit – the kids who came down the mountain early didn't have to worry about the sun and had a blast for three hours!

I highly recommend trying a bowl of rice noodles and adding some chopped chili and other toppings yourself. There's a laundry room service on the sixth floor, which is very convenient. The shuttle service to scenic spots and the high-speed rail station was very thoughtful and efficient. The hotel's location is great, making it easy to find food, and it's quiet at night.
