WYNDHAM GARDEN ZHANGJIAJIE TIANMEN MOUNTAIN

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and Zhangjiajie Station, and it's about a 12-minute walk to the Tianmen Mountain scenic area. There are plenty of restaurants right outside, offering a wide range of dining options. The hotel lobby provides complimentary coffee and kudzu root tea, which are quite tasty. The room facilities are controlled by smart voice commands and are quite responsive. Room service is prompt, and the robot delivery for meals is very convenient. The pillows are comfortable, and the mattress is just right—not too soft, not too hard. The butler service is thoughtful, attentive, and very quick to respond. Thumbs up!

Overall, my stay in Zhangjiajie was quite good. The surroundings were beautiful and pleasant, and transportation was very convenient. Breakfast was also decent, and I could enjoy the beautiful distant views of Zhangjiajie.

Convenient location, very close to the Tianmen Mountain cable car. It was handy for a one-night stay as we arrived late. Overall, pretty satisfied and a decent, no-frills option. I appreciate hotels that offer family rooms.

Cloud Indulgence - Lobby Self-Service Lemon Tea or Aromatic Coffee: The self-service beverages in the lobby are much better than typical hotels. You can even DIY a tea latte by pouring some tea into your coffee – it tastes absolutely delicious and is so refreshing! Butler Service: Also very attentive. You can just communicate with the butler via WeChat anytime you have a question!

Choosing this hotel for our self-driving trip to Tianmen Mountain was absolutely the right decision! The biggest highlight is definitely the underground parking garage. We didn't have to worry about parking at all, making it super convenient and secure for our car. The hotel's location is perfect; it's a short drive to Tianmen Mountain and all the other nearby attractions, which saved us a lot of time daily. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and snack shops around, so finding food for all our meals was never an issue. The room was clean and comfortable, and our overall stay was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for self-driving travelers!
