The room was very clean and tidy, and the air conditioning worked well. They even provided slippers for kids. We stayed for 2 nights straight and it's super close to the landmark gate, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel's back entrance. Plus, there's a food street right across from the hotel, which was really convenient.

Perfect location right next to the park's east entrance. Comfortable mattress, quiet room, and the toilet had a bidet spray – very important for us! Excellent water pressure too.
Fresh fruit every day. Travel agency in the lobby sold us cheaper tickets and gave great local tips. Lots of restaurants and fruit shops around – we had wonderful dinners nearby.
Good breakfast with excellent coffee. Stayed three nights. At checkout, they gave us a gift. Such nice hospitality.
Even in a busy tourist city, they truly care about guests.
Highly recommend. Lovely housekeeper and reception. We really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is very close to the East Gate of Zhangjiajie. There are plenty of restaurants and massage places nearby. The hotel is very clean, with smart toilets. They also have a massage service on the 6th floor; it's pure massage without any hard selling, and the techniques are better than those outside. I stayed for three nights in a row and would definitely stay here again next time. Zhangjiajie is just too beautiful!
