Vienna International Hotel Zhangjiajie Tianmenshan Cableway Station

I traveled light for Tianmen Mountain and staying here saved me a lot of commuting time, as it's just a quick 500-meter walk away. The room was spacious and clean, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering great ventilation and natural light. The front desk was helpful and stored my backpack, and I enjoyed a hearty self-service breakfast before heading up the mountain, making the whole trip easy and stress-free.

Honestly, the room's facilities are the best I've experienced in any Vienna hotel I've stayed at – truly exceeded my expectations. To be fair, the breakfast was a bit lacking, but at this price, what more can you really ask for? If I visit again, I'll definitely be staying here.

Plenty of dining options downstairs. Service: Good service attitude, the restaurant staff were very welcoming. It's getting hot, so the duvet in the room should be changed to a thinner one. It was a bit warm to sleep with at night, but too cold without it.

The hotel was clean and the bedding was comfortable. However, the lady at the front desk wearing a black uniform and a corsage spoke extremely softly, almost like a mosquito. When interacting with guests, she would look down the whole time and mumble to herself. I had to ask her to repeat herself two or three times because I couldn't hear her, and even then, she didn't speak up. My advice would be to speak louder; clear communication is essential for front desk service. The breakfast was plentiful, and overall, it was a good stay.

This hotel is a great choice if you're visiting Tianmen Mountain, as it's only a few hundred meters from the scenic area entrance. The room was spacious, and I even had a view of Tianmen Mountain from the window! The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the sink was conveniently located. The breakfast was good, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The service was attentive and warm.

Compared to the All Seasons and Orange Hotels, this one is a bit further from the Tianmen Mountain cable car. It's not a huge distance, but it felt quite far because of the hot weather. The hotel itself is great, with good facilities and cleanliness. The room was also very spacious and comfortable.

This place is really great, and the service is excellent. The breakfast spread is amazing too, my kids absolutely loved it. We'll definitely stay here again next time. It's also very close to the scenic spots, within walking distance.
