The hotel's location isn't ideal. It's about a ten-minute drive from the iconic East Gate, or a good half-hour walk. It's also tucked away down an alley, not directly on the main street, which makes it a bit hard to find. Parking could be an issue during peak season. On the positive side, the room was clean, and the breakfast was quite good with a wide variety of Western and Chinese options – for a guesthouse, that's pretty impressive! The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

The location is very close to the landmark gate, just a three-minute drive. It was a very comfortable stay and a great choice for accommodation when traveling.

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and having a laundry room was a huge plus, especially since it's been raining a lot in Zhangjiajie these past few days – the dryer was incredibly convenient. I booked this hotel last minute with friends while traveling in Zhangjiajie, and I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it was! The staff were all incredibly nice, and their service was warm and attentive. They even called me in advance to ask if I was driving so they could reserve a free parking spot for me. The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was super soft and comfy. The breakfast in the morning was delicious with a wide variety of options. The hotel facilities are excellent, with everything from a coffee machine and ice maker to a tea maker, washing machine, and dryer. My great impression of Zhangjiajie was largely due to this hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!
