One thing I'm very satisfied with is that their air conditioning has a dedicated line so there will be no power outages. In this weather, I went out for a meal and came back to the room and it was so cool and comfortable. The service attitude and hygiene are also excellent. Great!

The room was spacious and quiet, with good water pressure and convenient washing facilities. The owner provided excellent service, and the room was great value for money. It was our first time traveling to Zhangjiajie, and we were unsure about many things, but the owner patiently explained everything and even helped us book tickets. Our family of four had two 1.2-meter beds, which the owner kindly pushed together, making the room very spacious and not cramped at all. Highly recommend staying here!

It's very clean and cozy, the staff is very friendly and eager to help. The cable car to Tianmen Mountain is a 5-10-minute ride by city bus. They also help with buying tickets for excursions. I highly recommend it!

Parking is available right in front of the guesthouse, making it very convenient to pick up our belongings. We didn't drive to Tianmen Mountain; we took a Didi (ride-hailing service) for 6 yuan. Parking is currently inconvenient and expensive there due to the construction of a five-star hotel at Tianmen Mountain. I especially want to mention the owner's excellent service. We chatted with the owner for several hours in the lobby that evening, drinking strawberry tea; it was a very pleasant experience.
