I originally booked the arena-themed room, but since it was off-peak season and there were plenty of vacancies, the owner let us choose between two rooms on the second floor. We opted for the larger pirate-themed room. The owner was incredibly helpful and even offered discounted tickets at the hotel. We were able to check in early and store our luggage on the last day, which was a huge convenience. The owner was really nice, and there was an adorable little cat on the sofa next to the front desk. We also had beautiful clear weather, and the Grand Canyon was stunning.

Loved this hotel. I didn’t want to leave. Even stayed an extra night instead of moving to Zhangjiajie for Tianmen mountain. Stay all of your nights here! The owner is super friendly and you can book all your park tickets through him at a discount. He will also give you step by step instructions in the day. Seamless visit. Locarion is PERFECT! The 2 month of kitten Mimi is absolutely a delight too and very friendly.

Incredible hospitality and service! Got help planning our route and booking tickets for Zhangjiajie forest park, all our questions were answered. Really nice room, comfortable bed, good shower. Everything perfect. Plus adorable kitten. Highly recommend!

The owner was really nice and helpful, even helping us book tickets. The room had all the amenities you could ask for. While it was a bit noisy at night facing the street, you could just close the window. The bathroom was clean and tidy. Overall, it was a great stay and excellent value for money.

Perfect place to stay to visit the national park, the host is very friendly and the room really nice Only 17mn walking to the east entrance of the park Not related to the hotel but do not go to do a massage on the right of the hotel, we had a bad experience, cross the street instead

The hotel was just like a typical hotel. just enough to get you resting a few days. nothing too special. but the service, it was AWESOME 🤩. the manager (the chinese dude in the photo) works completely alone yet he manages to clean and take care of all the rooms in the hotel. he is extremely nice and kind. he provided us with utmost hospitality and also provided us with free water at anytime aswell as book and give discounts on our tickets. his service alone makes this hotel deserve a 5 star review. i highly recommend this place for foreign tourists. hope you guys also come here and stay here for a while. [also his cat was really cute :)]

Staff was super helpful and the place is nice and clean and in a good location!

I’m grateful to the staff, they are super friendly and will help you plan out your trip to the mountains and caves, with ticket discounts. We arrived very late and they stayed awake to check us in and help us plan out the next day because it was an early start. Out of all the hotels I’ve been to here in China over the past month this one made me feel truly at home! Plus they have a cute kitten named Mimi that played with all the guests!!!

Very nice hotel with helpful and friendly staff, we spent three nights here. Very close to the park entrance and the owners can offer a discount on tickets to the park. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Actually the service was good, the receptionist, and the stuff, but the hotel was small and there were no so much amenities that i wanted, at least i give 3,5 points from 5

The owner was really nice, they upgraded my room and even helped me get discounted tickets for Charming Xiangxi. The guesthouse's location is fantastic; you just cross the road to see the night view of Suoxi River and watch Charming Xiangxi. It's also a short walk to the Wulingyuan scenic area's main entrance, and you can catch the No. 1 bus right outside to go to Huanglong Cave.

The hotel owner was very accomodating in all facets of the business. When we needed help with routes in Zhangjiajie he was very informative and gave us special discounted tickets! Biggest bonus though was the little mimi kitten. Sweetest thing and makes your stay very worth while.

From the first moment on we felt like home. We were welcomed by Miao mi (🐈 3 months old kitty) at the door. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. The room was beautiful; nothing big but very cozy. The only negative thing is that you cannot see the stars through the glass ceiling because of the light pollution.  Overall highly recommended!
