Manyuan Resort Hotel

This hotel boasts an excellent location near the East Gate of the Forest Park, making it very convenient for getting around. The view from the balcony overlooking the stream is absolutely beautiful. The service was attentive; they even upgraded us to a family room for free and provided foot baths and foot soak packets in the evening. Highly recommended!

This hotel is very close to Dongmen, with a stream right at the entrance, making it perfect for families with children. There are restaurants and foot massage places nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is good too, enough to fuel you for a full day of hiking up the mountain.

The room was quiet. The hotel laundry service was handled by a dedicated person, which was a very thoughtful touch. The breakfast tasted great. We stayed for 2 nights and left early on the second day, and they kindly prepared two complimentary breakfast boxes for us to take away. The hotel is located by a small river. They also thoughtfully provided a shortcut map to the East Gate.

Five-star perfect review! If you're coming to Zhangjiajie, this is definitely the hotel to choose, the experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The location is exceptionally good, very close to all the major scenic spots, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast offers a rich variety of options, and the authentic Hunan rice noodles are absolutely delicious – a must-have every day. I especially want to commend the front desk staff; their service was warm, responsible, thoughtful, and meticulous. We were a large group and really didn't want to plan our own itinerary. The front desk staff proactively helped us plan our entire trip in advance, even thoughtfully assisting with ticket bookings, and specifically arranged a reliable tour guide for us. The guide professionally accompanied us throughout, showing us around all the core attractions in Zhangjiajie. We didn't have to worry about finding routes or making arrangements ourselves, making the entire trip relaxed and enjoyable. From beginning to end, we truly felt the hotel's incredibly attentive one-stop service, which resolved all the hassles of travel. I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Our stay in the family-friendly river view room exceeded expectations! The room was thoughtfully decorated, with a special play tent for kids that felt like a secret hideout – my little one started playing as soon as we entered and had a blast the whole time. The room also came with a scenic bathtub; opening the window revealed lush greenery, mountains, and a winding stream, offering incredibly therapeutic views. The bedding featured a cute rubber duck theme, and the wooden decor made the room feel warm and cozy. It was spacious and didn't feel cramped at all. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including meat dishes, vegetarian choices, pastries, and drinks – everyone in the family enjoyed it. Overall, it's perfect for family trips; the ambiance is fantastic. We'll definitely choose this place again when we visit Zhangjiajie next time. Highly recommended for families traveling with children!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. It's also within walking distance to the Charming Xiangxi show in the evening. The hotel offers Zhangjiajie travel guide services and helps with booking tickets, which saved a lot of time. The room was clean and well-maintained.

Downstairs there's a play area that my kids absolutely loved, they didn't want to leave! The air quality is great, and the breakfast spread was fantastic! We'll definitely come back next time we need a place to stay. Zhangjiajie is a wonderful place!
